I had scheduled my dog for a Cushing’s test appointment on 6/15/2026. The office called and left a message the night before stating that she is not to eat after 7 pm. I dropped her off at the appointment at 8:45 a.m. I received a call at work that I need to come pick her up because they failed to get the correct milligrams needed for the test. I left work during my lunch break to pick her up. The vet brought her up front and walked away. My dog was in distress because she was heavily panting and her tongue was bluish purple and I told them that I can’t take her home like this. They must have kept her in a room where there was poor ventilation. Their lobby is kept cool with only a fan!! Todd went to go get the vet who was eating lunch in her car. She took her temperature and it was 106. They brought out ice packs and a wet towel. They proceeded to give her oxygen, but their O2 tank became empty after several minutes. They didn’t have any reserves. I told them I had to leave to take care of something at work. I came back to pick her up and was told by the vet tech that she had a murmur and that her lungs sounded like they had fluid. She prescribed an antibiotic and heart medicine without seven doing a chest xray. When I got home, I noticed that the heart medicine label noted that it was filled on 6/16/2026 with an expiration date of 6/26/2026! I paid $182 for medication that expires in 10 days? I called them up and they said that it was an error just like the error when they did not get the right milligrams for her Cushing’s test. After all of this, I had her records transferred to another vet. The new vet’s office indicated that when they received her records that were vague and poorly documented.

The staff here are true professionals. They were completely understanding and sympathetic with the issues that our dog had. They took great care of Jasper and I really appreciate them for everything they did. I don't think I can thank them enough for providing us assistance today.

I called and got quoted for my litter of puppies to get their first set of shots and exam. The young lady gave me a price over the phone. I then called back to confirm if the price was per puppy or for the entire litter. She stated it was for the entire litter and gave me the same price she did previously. Great. The day of the appointment we decided to get them dewormed and asked about the pricing and Was told “let me go check”. She came back and said deworming was free because it was their first shots. Great. When the time came to pay i was told over double the amount that i was quoted. Come to find out the price I was given over the phone was wrong and the deworming wasn’t “free”. They called the manager and she asked the employee that made the appointment. Obviously she denied it, they agreed she told us wrong and Then we were told that they could take deworming off and we still had to pay for everything else which was still more than what they said. The reason was “my husband is in the hospital and i still have to pay another lady”. Sounds like the lied to get us in the door and make money. Customer service and communication was horrible.

Dr. Lawson knew exactly what was wrong with my beautiful lab named Minnie. He also coached me on how to care for her in the future to improve her aging experience. A very personable staff works at this vet clinic. They take the time to listen and they do follow up to answer any patient concerns. I have found my regular veterinary provider whom I trust to care for Minnie!

I Absolutely love these guys!! Best Vets I've ever had or ever will!! Wonderful with your pets, professional, and know what they are doing! They are also very affordable! Won't "Take you to the 🤑bank!" Have trusted all our pets to their care. Even my two big fur babies that cross the Rainbow Bridge 🌈 They were amazing! (Also work closely with the Animal Hospital near by). They are always compassionate and so caring. ❤️🤗 I recommend Old Trolley Animal Clinic to anyone!! Wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else!! 😉❤️
