I cannot thank this emergency veterinary clinic enough for the care they gave my dog, Bandit, during one of the hardest moments of my life. They kept him for about 36 hours, and throughout both visits, the emergency veterinarians were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. When surgery and additional testing were discussed as possible options, they were very transparent with me about what that would mean given his condition. Bandit was 14, and I didn’t want to put him through that at his age. I truly appreciated their honesty, it helped me make the most loving, selfless and appropriate decision for him without false hope as hard as it was. When it came time to say goodbye, they treated both of us with so much kindness and respect. They allowed me to spend time with him outside by a tree, and provided blankets, which meant everything to me. I never felt rushed, and the staff continued to check in on us throughout the process while sitting outside. While emergency care can be expensive, the level of compassion, honesty, and support we received was invaluable. I will always be grateful that Bandit was in their care during his final moments. 😔 I appreciate Dr. Fuller for his weekend care and Dr. McKenzie for the night I had to say goodbye. Also, thank you to other supporting staff as well!

Our sweet Sadie had a scary weekend that ultimately led to surgery, but the team at BluePearl was outstanding every step of the way. After she ate something she shouldn’t have, we visited our regular vet and urgent care before being referred to BluePearl when it became clear the situation was more serious than we had hoped. We first met with Dr. Mack, who was straightforward yet reassuring, and it was immediately clear he was very experienced and excellent at his job. He took a thoughtful, measured approach by performing several rounds of X-rays in hopes the object would pass on its own rather than rushing into surgery. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel confident that Sadie was in good hands. When it became clear that surgery was necessary, Dr. Hannah Ghindea took over as our surgeon, and she was incredible. She took the time to walk us through everything, addressing all our concerns and helping ease our fears before the procedure. We left feeling certain Sadie was receiving the best possible care. It meant so much to us that she even came in on her day off to personally check on Sadie, which truly showed how much she cared. I don’t usually write reviews, but I know veterinary professionals don’t always receive the appreciation they deserve. Despite it being an emotional and expensive weekend, we are so grateful to everyone at BluePearl. Leaving this review feels like a small way to say thank you for giving us more time with our girl. Sadie is our baby, and thanks to this amazing team, she’ll hopefully be back to all her favorite activities very soon. And while we can’t say enough good things about BluePearl, we also hope we won’t have to see them again...only because we want Sadie to stay happy and healthy!

I truly don't have the words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Gilday. Her compassion, attentiveness, and thorough approach while caring for my dog, Sami, has meant so much to me. Navigating health concerns with an older dog can be overwhelming, but Dr. Gilday made me feel supported and at ease every step of the way. Her continuous follow-ups has made Sami and I feel truly cared about. I'm also incredibly thankful for Claire on the discharge team. She was kind, patient, and extremely detail-oriented. Everyone at BluePearl went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in how to care for Sami at home as we wait for further information and next steps. I highly recommend Dr. Gilday and her entire team for their exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism for anyone in need of an internist.

Staff upfront was very short. The doctor came in and when I said we could afford the elaborate tests she left and never came back. Skip this place. Tests performed that weren't needed to run up the bill and they never even ask you before doing them. The only one that seemed to care about our Golden and what we were going through was Caroline, the assistant we only got to see at the very end. They need to have only her deal with patients families.

Thank you to all the staff we encountered yesterday. We brought in our new six week old puppy late afternoon. We were promptly seen, and everyone was very knowledgeable and reassuring. We were fearful she had Parvo but fortunately, that test came back negative. We were provided with detailed explanations and encouraged to ask questions. This was comforting as we’ve never owned a puppy this young, and was not going to her vet until Tuesday for her initial exam. This morning it’s like seeing her personality for the first time. She’s much more energetic and happy! We are very thankful for the care Mia received here. We feel confident recommending this vet hospital to others!
