Very friendly, aware of patients pain level and very thorough. Dr. Willis will definitely be servicing all of my oral hygiene! I’m one pleased customer. I must not forget the front desk, she went above and beyond to make sure my insurance covered all my dental needs, as well as almost arguing with my insurance company. I am newer to the area and looking for a dentist in Summerville. When I walked in the door there were 3 employees sitting around on their phones just chatting away. I seemed to be interrupting conversation, as I stood there for a good 2 minutes before being acknowledged by the lady sitting at the computer. She was very rude and short with me while requesting an appt to get my teeth cleaned. She told me, “we’re not taking new patients”. I had called the day before and they were absolutely taking new patients so I was very confused. After mentioning this to her she then informed me that they don’t take my insurance. This was also confirmed on the phone the day before. During this time the other two women were looking at me like I should be embarrassed for even walking in the door. I politely left and heard a loud obnoxious laugh as I was exiting the building. I don’t know if the blonde woman is a racist or just having a bad day, but as a former dental corporation employee I will be spreading the word and contacting HR. Do better angry woman.

Service is excellent and from tie time you walk in the door the most friendliest dentist office to come to everyone is amazingly overwhelmingly nice they really makes you feel comfortable coming there thank you

I have always had good experiences being treated by Dr Willis and highly competent dental techs and assistance, not to mention Marcy who always brighten me up when I step through the door. I am always treated as a welcome patient. Thanks Family Dentistry.

Dr. Willis and his whole staff are great. They are all very nice and seem to truly care about their patients.
