Let me tell you about Reagin Orthodontist office....top notch! You.fell welcome before you get to pull the door of the office with a sign out front that says welcome with your name on the board! And when you walk in their I beautiful smiles to great you and I had the pleasure with working with Cheyenne, Samantha and Melissa and it was nothing short of wonderful! I was so impressed with the interaction with each and everyone of them! And Dr. Reagin himself stop by to introduce himself and thank me for choosing them! If the service is anything like the red carpet that was rolled out to me for my consultation, I know I'm in for a treat! Thank you to the staff for your top notch service provided to me today! Great people and a solid team. Dr. Reagin is great, and everyone there is easy to work with, reasonable, and flexible. I’ve been working nonstop lately, around 80 to 100 hours a week, and they’ve been accommodating with appointments and adjusting plans when needed. Only minor downside is getting out onto the street. Visibility looking left toward the main road isn’t great, so it can feel a bit risky at times. They’re usually very efficient. I’m rarely waiting much past my appointment time, which matters a lot with my schedule right now. I was so exhausted today I almost fell asleep in the lobby waiting to be called in as the place is so relaxed lol. Overall, I’d recommend them and already have to a few friends. Pricing is fair, and the offers they run make it even easier to work with them while keeping cash on hand if you're like me that likes to hang onto cold hard cash.

Reagin Orthodontics is wonderful. Everyone in the office is so nice. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Reagin and his staff. I am an adult patient getting my teeth straightened for the first time with aligner treatment. I was very nervous about the process but Dr. Reagin and his staff have been wonderful, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. I highly recommend Reagin Orthodontics.

I was a patient here 20 years ago for my first set of braces, Dr. Reagin was always fun and I loved the video game lobby as a kid! Fast forward to now, I am back for an Invisalign treatment after getting ripped off by smile direct club, and it is still a fantastic office. Everyone is super friendly and Samantha did an excellent job getting me set up comfortably and quickly. Definitely recommend these guys for all ages 10/10!

I had a wonderful experience at Reagin Orthodontics. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I felt welcomed and valued. They even greeted me with a personalized sign that had my name on it! The office has a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, with a coffee bar and a gaming area that create the perfect family-friendly environment. The staff is pleasant and genuinely makes you feel appreciated. I received a comprehensive overview of treatment and financing options, but I never felt pressured. Overall, it has been one of my best customer service experiences to date.
