Stopped for dinner on the way home from hiking and pleasantly surprised. We were seated immediately and chips and salsa were brought within a minute, plus the waitress came asking for drink order shortly after. It took us a little while to decide what we wanted as they have a great menu selection, almost too many items to choose from! She got the 3 street tacos and I got the Burrito Banderas with grilled chicken. Our meals were great, both quality and taste. My wife ate a little of mine even when she was done as she really likes the flavor of the three sauces. The food was very reasonable as well. If I had to find anything to mark them down on it was the plate was chiped on the edge but did not leave any sharp edge.

The restaurant gleamed with a spotless charm, creating an inviting atmosphere that made you feel right at home. The service was impressively quick, ensuring you never had to wait long to savor your meal. Without a doubt, this is the best Mexican restaurant in Summerville. The carne asada was a flavor sensation; it was marinated to perfection, bursting with rich spices and served sizzling hot, making each bite a delicious delight that lingered on the palate.

Tried out El Patrón Junior in Summerville tonight, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The place has a nice, casual vibe with friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. The chips and salsa came out fresh (and the salsa actually had some kick, which I loved). I ordered the chicken fajitas, and they came out sizzling hot with plenty of flavor. The chicken was juicy, and the peppers and onions had the perfect char. My only small complaint was the rice—it could’ve used a little more seasoning—but overall, everything tasted fresh and homemade. Service was quick, and the prices felt fair for the portion sizes. Definitely one of the better Mexican spots I’ve found in the area. I’ll be back, especially for those fajitas and margaritas!

This was in a bit of an odd location, it's in the back of the parking lot of a motel so not the ideal view especially if you're sitting outside. However, we decided to not judge it from the outside and still go in. Indoor decor was festive and a lot of seating. We were greeted right away with some chips and salsa. I ordered the 2 taco (steak/tongue) lunch plate that came with beans and rice, hubby ordered steak fajita platter. It was nice because most places that serve combos like this don't offer you many options, usually ground beef or chicken of some sort. The tacos were flavorful and I didn't care for the salsa it came with and just asked for salsa verde. Hubby's fajita came out sizzling and it was a big portion. Overall the service was good and options were nice for lunch.

They get busy at lunch but there wasn't a wait for seats. It is smaller than most. Makes it seem busier than it is. Plenty of staff. But no set bartender. Your waiter is your bartender. Salsa was a surprise. Not your same old bottle of red. Cumin, cilantro, and diced onion make for a nice change. Street tacos were great with amazing Mole sauce. It is slightly spicy but delicious. Cold draft and iced glasses n mugs.
