I absolutely couldn't complain about this office because everyone was really nice. Of course I was really nice and everyone was really helpful for the questions I had to ask I would definitely go to this office just to hang out if I didn't have a job LOL but I went here to pay my truck taxes and everything went well, their auditors office is located right next to the treasurer office just like the one in Charleston county. this one is conveniently located right off North main Street and also it's free parking so if you're in the area and need to pay your taxes just come on by

I made a call with different questions. Possibly even considered dumb questions. I was assisted by a patient, funny and personable lady. Regretably I forgot her name. When she didn't know the answer she even went to someone that did know so that she could give an accurate response!

Every single person we spoke to yesterday were AMAZING —their kindness and patience (I asked a million questions) changed a VERY stressful situation into something that felt manageable. I've NEVER had that experience in any government department in the 5 different states I've lived.

What a professional outfit. The people of Dorchester county services are fantastic and good bless every one of them! And just a side note, every has to pay their taxes to pay for our first responders and these dedicated people. The more crime, the more dime. Let’s not do that time!!

Nice enough people but, stand in line to get your vehicle taxes, go stand in another line to pay them and then DRIVE to another office to actually show them a paid tax receipt to get you vehicle tags. All completely unnecessary and inefficient in modern times. Please get up to date and make it easy.
