I've been a member at this gym since it opened a few months ago, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The lack of attention to detail and basic maintenance is unprofessional and frankly, unsafe. The equipment is a complete mess. Weights, kettlebells, and medicine balls are scattered all over the floor and rarely reracked in their proper places. It's not just disorganized; much of the equipment is in terrible condition. Several of the machine pads are ripped and torn, with the foam padding exposed, which is unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, the overall ambiance of the gym feels neglected. One of the main signs on the wall is missing the S and it's been like that for weeks. It's a small thing, but it just screams that the management doesn't care. On top of all that, none of the TVs or the main clock have ever worked. They've been blank screens since day one. It's baffling that a new facility wouldn't have basic electrical hookups figured out after several months of being open. I really wanted to like this gym, but the persistent disorganization, damaged equipment, and lack of basic amenities make it impossible to recommend.

I have loved this gym so far! I’ve been twice now and both times have been a great experience! Yes there is some equipment that is broken, but it hasn’t affected my workout because they have a variety of the same equipment. That’s something I love about this gym. It has a lot of machines and I never have to wait for anything. Coming from a gym where I had to wait makes this feel so nice! The childcare is why I decided to come here and it was a great choice! My son did great! I also love that I can bring a guest with me. It is a bit expensive, and for having to pay an annual fee on top of the monthly fee I hope the equipment can get fixed. But other than that, it’s a great gym!

FIND ANOTHER GYM. If I had any other viable options, I would cancel my membership. The culture here is poor, the equipment is frequently broken, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. The environment feels chaotic rather than professional. People roller skate through the gym, others perform gymnastics-style movements in high-traffic areas, nearly kicking nearby members, and some openly use vape and dab pens on the floor. There is little to no enforcement of basic gym etiquette or safety. Communication from ownership is also lacking. Changes to gym hours are only posted on social media instead of being sent directly to members through email or text. According to an employee, there is only one technician responsible for maintaining equipment across multiple locations in the area. As a result, repairs take far too long. Meanwhile, memberships are oversold, and the gym becomes unbearably crowded, especially around 5:00 PM. A cap on memberships and better management is badly needed. Despite repeated claims that new equipment and reupholstered pads are coming, months have passed with no noticeable improvements. Many barbell collars are worn out and can’t even securely hold a single 45 lb plate. Overall, this gym prioritizes volume over quality, and it shows.

Crunch Fitness on Trolley Road is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely comfortable, which isn’t always easy when starting at a new gym. The staff here are incredible, always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Drayton and Spring in particular go above and beyond to make sure members feel supported and motivated. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, and the equipment is always clean and well maintained. I’ve never enjoyed going to a gym as much as I do here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where you’ll feel both challenged and at home!

This gym has been very disappointing ever since it moved from the old location. I guess we should have known better that whenever they bought out pivotal that it was only a matter of time before it turned into a cluster. I get when it comes to these corporate gyms you get what you pay for, but myself, and plenty of other members believe that the amount we pay per month does not compare to the level of service this gym provides especially with the membership price increases that were imposed shortly after the buy out. I feel bad for your night crew because they get the brunt end of your shortcomings. I know that they can’t do anything about it and all they can do is just communicate to upper management, but it is very clear that it’s falling on deaf ears. Machines are constantly broken and it takes weeks for them to be repaired and when you ask anybody that works there, they say it is because there is only one guy that fixes machines and it takes a while for replacement parts to come in. It seems like this has become a bigger issue ever since the gym moved. It is also only a matter of time before somebody gets seriously hurt with all the horse play that goes on, especially with the night crowd. With that being said, please do not give me the same response that everyone else has been given saying to email whoever to voice my concerns. Because after reading other people‘s comments dating back to when this location opened it really seems like nothing has been done. Don’t even get me started on the paper towels never being filled and them running out and having to use old dirty rags to clean the machines.
