I had a really amazing experience here! After years of consideration, I finally decided to start on an ear curation. I wasn’t sure where to start but the staff was extremely helpful and kind in their guidance. At the jewelry case, the employee took ample time to review jewelry pieces. I picked out a few I liked, then she helped me to assess anatomy and jewelry selections to decide on placement. Lily did my actual piercings. She was extremely sweet and really took her time to ensure the placement was perfect. She explained every step of the process, checked in on me throughout, and made sure I was happy with placement before actually piercing me. I am extremely happy with the experience I had and plan on coming back for many more piercings once my new three are healed!

Lola is always the best and most amazing person! She’s done piercings for all 3 of my kids now and we brought our daughters bestie too. She always makes it a fun and special experience.
