Squid City Ink Tattoo & Piercing Studios

I booked an appointment with Eros, for a coverup of a ghost. An off the bat 100/10 recommend!! She was very patient and worked well with me and the design. She free styled the bottom half of my tattoo ( fish and flows)!! Then proceeded to make sure I was comfortable and was willing to give breaks if needed. Every one there was super cool and even stopped to compliment her artwork once it was done. I left completely in love with the tattoo. Will definitely come back, and will recommend this Studio every time!

If 0 stars were an option, that is what rating this place deserves. I came in for a flash tattoo and though there were 4 people ahead of me in the lobby, it took 4 hours to get to the back tattoo room. The room was not sterile (open food containers, many people in and out of the room just hanging out, no wrap on the tattoo bed, etc.), and right away Jas was talking bad about other clients who were soroity sisters, saying they were annoying and better not be flirting with her husband (who had previously referred to her as "his baby mama" when talking with the ladies). I was going to naively overlook all that because I had waited so long and really wanted the tattoo, so Jas put the stencil on. I stood up to check the placement (which wasn't offered and seemed to irritate her), and it was off center and crooked, which I told her. She argued, got another small circle mirror, and had one of her friends take a video to show me. After looking through the little mirror and at the video, I could still see the placement was off center and crooked, but instead of fixing it, she kept arguing, so I said it doesn’t feel right and that I was leaving. I walked through the lobby to leave and tell my friend, who agreed, as did several other people who had overheard our conversation. My friend told me that after I left, Jas went out to the lobby all mad and arguing with the other clients that it was straight and center. I included pictures so you can see for youself. The 555 is the stencil she placed. I also included her Instagram so you know the specific artist I am referring to. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, and I certainly would not recommend Jas to anyone.

Upon first contact of meeting Jas, she was very personable. My husband I got couples tattoos and It was my husband’s first tattoo and she made sure he was comfortable with a music playlist that we loved by the way. Our tattoos came out great, all in all a great experience.

Jaz was absolutely amazing. My wife and I went to her for matching tattoos, and she made the whole experience so meaningful from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, and professional — the kind of person who instantly makes you feel comfortable in her chair. You can tell she truly has a passion for her craft. She took her time with the design, listened to every detail we cared about, and brought our idea to life even better than we imagined. The tattoos came out perfect, and the moment we shared getting them together is something we’ll never forget. Thank you, Jaz — your talent and heart made this special for us. Highly recommend her to anyone wanting art done by someone who truly loves what they do.

Hands down the best tattoo experience we’ve ever had (and we have 30+ tattoos!). This was our first time at this shop, and from the moment we walked in we felt so welcome and comfortable—like we’d known our artist forever. Zach is incredibly talented, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience amazing. His line work is absolutely flawless, and his steady hands show real skill and care. Without a doubt, he’ll be our go-to artist for all future tattoos!
