Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse

Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse was a fantastic experience from start to finish—especially for a first visit. Walking in, the atmosphere immediately stood out: clean, welcoming, and well-organized, with a great overall vibe. What I really appreciated was the flexibility they offered. They gave me the option to wait for the hibachi table or order straight from the kitchen for faster service. I chose to order directly, and everything came out quickly without sacrificing quality. That level of consideration for the guest’s time made a big difference. The crew was excellent. They took the time to explain the menu clearly, which made ordering easy and comfortable for someone trying it for the first time. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. The food was great—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. From the protein to the rice and vegetables, everything was well-seasoned and satisfying. You can tell they focus on consistency and quality in every dish. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable experience with great food and strong service. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, especially when I want a solid meal without a long wait.

This place is amazing! I love this place for the food! But the people make it even better! The cute little manager lady AJ Is always in a good mood! And very happy to see us. The server Patrick is so fast and nice. We never have to wait for anything! The food is always on point. I travel for work. And this is in my top 3 sushi places I've ever been. The chefs are crazy good. The sushi and Hibachi are amazing! You must visit this place!

We did takeout. I ordered hibachi scallops. That’s not what I got. What I got wasn’t scallops at all, they were imitation, cookie cutter processed fish. As soon as I opened my order, I noticed they were all exactly the same size and shape. And a lot of em. As soon as I took a bite, I knew immediately they were not real scallops. I know scallops. The texture was very revealing. They were either shark, skate or stingray. Real scallops vary in size and shape and the texture is unique. They also normally have a “catch muscle” attached. I don’t understand why you would serve something like this. I could not eat them. I did save them in the fridge. I can bring them back there and give you the opportunity to tell me to my face they’re not processed fish….. it’s false advertisement at the least. I’m actually kind of ticked. I ate part of one, fed some to my dogs. The 2 stars are from me. Others in our party that got something different probably have a different opinion.

We've been here a couple of times and it's been ok. Last night was terrible. They initially tried to seat us around a grill that wasn't working but then moved us to another table. The waitress was great and very attentive. When the chef came he started cooking the meal and after he completed the rice started the shrimp. He let us know at that time the grill wasn't working properly and he would not be able to cook the remainder of the meat at the table. He took it back to the kitchen and they cooked it there and brought it out on plates to serve us. The manager apologized and said she'd take 20% off the bill for the experience. When we received the check, they had only taken 20% off the kids meal and not the other 2 adult entrees. We sent it back and after a while they brought the exact same check out. When asked about it we were told their system wouldn't allow to discount the early bird entrees. In speaking with the manager again she took the check back and provided a new copy with a $10 cash discount. We didn't end up getting the full 20% promised initially but it was close enough that we didn't argue any more. This was the first time we had taken our daughter to a hibachi place and it was the worst experience. Would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a decent experience.

Cass was great! Hilarious chef. My husband, four kids and myself had a great time. Went home with 2 days worth of food lol. Our waiter was extremely helpful as well. He kept our glasses full. Even joked with our toddlers. Even the birthdays parties around us were nice. We sat next to 2 ladies with their kiddos and they were really nice! We’ll be back.
