We stopped at Carlolina Ale House in a Sunday afternoon after a long day at the baseball field and as the final match of the 2026 World Cup was about to start. We were greeted and seated immediately. It was not over crowded as they have ample seating options inside and on the covered patio. There is a large draft beer selection and the menu is difference with apps, salads, sandwiches, burgers and some main entrees. Our server was prompt and courteous. There are dozens of televisions so this is an ideal place to go to watch a sporting event. The pretzel appetizer was very good and included 4 large long pretzels with mustard and cheese for dipping sauces. The chicken Cobb salad was huge and looked great. The chicken sandwich comes on a plain bun so ask for condiments if you like some. The chicken Alfredo was slightly disappointing as it was served with fried chicken fingers. The flavor was good but fried chicken on Alfredo was not what we were expecting. There is also a game room with a couple of pool tables and some video games. Overall, it was a great experience.

We stopped in for dinner on our way to our hotel & the food was so good! Our server Chloe was awesome, she did a really good job! We did have to wait to for a bit for our food but they were probably short staffed. The wait was worth it for how good the food was.

I went to Carolina Ale House a while back when my son was in school. I enjoyed it, so while in Summerville Saturday, I decided to try them again. I’m happy I went. Even though it has a sports bar feel, it also has a family friendly vibe. I went alone and enjoyed the experience. The football game kept me occupied. My server’s name was Taylor. She was very attentive and accommodating. As a former server, I always appreciate great service! I selected the try 2 combo - 1/2 rack of ribs with fried shrimp. It comes with Cole slaw and fries, but I substituted a Caesar salad for the slaw for a $2 up charge. I also had a domestic beer (Miller Lite). My bill without the tip was less than $30. I will definitely be going back with and without company. Sometimes you need some “me” time!

Went for dinner and they had a Love Island watch party. They had a raffle, we sat outside, and had a blast! I had a great time. The table I was sitting at legs were wobbly. After asking the waitress a second time, she added some napkins.

Have always loved the food here….BUT….tonight we ordered delivery and the quality did NOT carry through. The Mac and cheese looked like someone’s left overs and we paid for 2 slices of lava cake and only received one. Beware of delivery and carry out orders. Super disappointed
