First of all, how do you have that many sauces & nothing showing customers the spice level. Common sense, customers want to know how hot the sauce is. Put some little peppers beside the names or a spice level meter on the menu. Besides that, I’d rather have fast food chicken. It’s too expensive, super salty, very tough/chewy & sauces suck. Ive been twice & ordered 4 different sauces on the side each time just to make sure. All of the buffalo options taste the exact same, and they’re all bad. The fries are awesome, but the bacon was extremely salty, again. The cherry on top is the 3.5% service fee in small text at the bottom of the menu. Mandatory service fees are supposed to be for large parties staying long periods of time, not a few guests in & out. Americans are accustomed to tipping & servers make fantastic money around here. There’s absolutely no need for that. Just absolutely disappointing all the way around.

Food cold, ranch and buffalo dip was super runny, service could definitely have been better. Bring the old kickin chicken back!! Sports bar but none of the tvs available.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was one of the worst chicken spots I’ve been to. When we arrived, there were tons of DoorDash drivers crowding the entrance trying to grab orders, and no one was being seated because the host was too busy handling takeout. On top of that, it had to be at least 80–90 degrees inside, the AC clearly wasn’t working. I ordered the Kick’n Chicken Sandwich, which was basically just bread, chicken, bacon bits, and cheese. It was incredibly bland and honestly one of the most flavorless sandwiches I’ve had. I always take my food to go, but this time I didn’t even bother finishing it. They also add a 3.5% service charge. Paying around $16 for a simple chicken sandwich with bacon bits plus an extra fee just feels unreasonable. Prices are already high, and adding service fees on top comes across as being nickel and dimed. I would stay away from this place if you want a good meal.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated right away. Our server promptly came over to take both our drink and food orders since we were ready to order. I chose the Buffalo Chicken Dip, and my husband went with the “Johnny” Chicken Sandwich with tater tots. The dip was seasoned perfectly full of flavor! However, I would have preferred a thicker consistency. There was also a slight metallic taste, possibly from the dish it was baked in or maybe the oven. I’d rate the dip a 7 out of 10. Now let me tell you when we go back, I’m definitely getting the “Johnny” with tater tots! I tasted a bite of my husband’s sandwich, and it was superb! Just the right balance of chicken, cheese, and BBQ sauce, all toasted to perfection. My taste buds were doing a happy dance! The tater tots were crisp and delicious, especially when dipped in their ranch dressing which, by the way, is the best ranch I’ve ever tasted. Ever! The sweet tea was good as well, though I did notice the tea to-go didn’t quite taste the same as the dine-in version. Overall good place for a bite to eat!!

Hands down the worst Kickin Chicken in the area. We have been to this one twice and had awful service both times. The first time we waited forever for our food, never got a drink refills and when it came out, the chicken was so over-fried and dry it was inedible. We tried again today, two years later. I took my six-year-old daughter and ordered… then sat for 15 minutes with no waitress, no food, no drink refills. The waitress completely disappeared like the other waitress did the last time we were there, Then, when she finally came back, she flirted with a table of guys and ignored every other table. I politely said “excuse me” three times to come to the table because we wanted refills and to ask where our food was, and she completely ignored us and just walked away and went back in the back. We got up and left. We will never go back to this kickin’ chicken. This location is an embarrassment to the company.
