Summit Coffee Nexton

I’m having a hot chai latte with almond milk and it’s absolutely delicious. I really like the flavor and the temperature — perfectly hot and comforting. The café is cute and relaxing, with great background music and a nice variety of pastries. The only small downside was that the honey container at the self-serve station (with cinnamon and sugar) was empty. Overall, a very pleasant and well-timed discovery. I’d definitely come back.

First time and I love the look/concept of this area. Definitely gives a Colorado/Alaska vibe. (We lived in Alaska, so I would know). The coffee was good, Definitely more fresh. Only tried an iced vanilla cold brew and I would go again. I like the outside area and seating arrangements. Next time I will get pics to update.

Muffins are a little bit dry and chai latte was quite plain. I like the setup and the atmosphere here.

The shop is really nice and there is lots of parking and seating. Unfortunately the lattes never have enough espresso, they just tastes like milk. Also, I ordered a drink on the app because I was in a hurry, but they didn't even start making it until I got to the store, so I'm not sure what's the point of ordering in advance at this location.

Today was my first visit to Summit Coffee. It is in a new construction area and will have ample parking once the construction is complete. I am a simple drip coffee guy and their drip coffee was very good. I met with a fellow business owner and had a very pleasant experience.
