Reagin Orthodontics – Summerville

I had a wonderful experience at Reagin Orthodontics. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I felt welcomed and valued. They even greeted me with a personalized sign that had my name on it! The office has a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, with a coffee bar and a gaming area that create the perfect family-friendly environment. The staff is pleasant and genuinely makes you feel appreciated. I received a comprehensive overview of treatment and financing options, but I never felt pressured. Overall, it has been one of my best customer service experiences to date.

Couldn’t have chosen a better Orthodontist. Everyone was kind and wonderful. Kelsie upfront helped get me in for a same day consultation and Melissa and Dr. Reagin explained my treatment thoroughly, addressing all of my concerns. Office is full of smiling faces!

I have been going to Reagin Orthodontics for about 8 months. I am a little over 6mos Into my aligner treatment and couldn’t be happier with the progress! The entire team at Reagin Ortho are very friendly and professional. They were thorough during my consultation appointment with explaining what my braces journey would look like and with reviewing the cost breakdown. Reagin has done just about everything to keep their patients informed and make their visits comfortable and efficient. The staff are pleasant and helpful and everything is considered and organized. I don't know how the orthodontics will work in the end, but if the rest is a sign of anything, they are doing things the right way.

As an adult needing braces to correct issues that occurred much later in life, they always treated me respectfully and as an adult. I appreciated the extra attention as well as coaching throughout my entire braces experience. It was Worth Every Step! My teeth are back in alignment and beautiful!
