The entire team was beyond amazing — professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I have never had a dental experience this incredible in my life! Dr. Williams is absolutely phenomenal — knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my treatment. And let me add… my teeth have NEVER felt this clean in my life! Thorough, gentle, and clearly passionate about what she does. Absolute perfection! Now let me talk about the true superstar energy in that office — Da Catera!!! From start to finish, her personality, professionalism, and warmth were unmatched. The way she made me feel welcomed and cared for deserves its own standing ovation. GIVE HER A RAISE!!! 👏👏👏 Shenequia, the office manager, went over all the pricing and made everything clear and stress-free. She was patient, informative, and made sure we understood every detail — truly appreciated! Da Brittany did my daughter’s cleaning and was amazing — gentle, efficient, and brought such positive vibes. Everything flowed smoothly because of her! And shoutout to Hygienist Katrina for taking great care of my wife — thorough, kind, and clearly passionate about what she does! This team doesn’t just provide dental care — they provide an EXPERIENCE. My entire family felt welcomed and well taken care of. I moved to the area about a year ago and first went to a highly recommended and well known practice. I did not have a great experience there and felt like they were just rushing to get me done and out. Today I tried Summerville Smiles and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming and I had no wait. Katrina was my hygienist and took time to explain how to care for my teeth at home and what products would be best for my particular issues. No one has ever actually explained how to improve my at home care and I really appreciated the time she took to do so and how she continually checked in to make sure I was ok during the cleaning.

I really enjoyed my experience! The doctor was thorough and really sweet. The customer service was amazing. I really like that we had a conversation with pictures and honesty! I highly recommend coming to this office!

Very best dental employees I’ve ever met, Dr. Yoder and Brittany were great! Came in to be seen for a hurt tooth and they did same day treatment and helped me out!! The OM shenequia was very polite and helpful with everything as well. Definitely recommend coming to see them:)

This was my first time at this office, and it was a very disappointing experience. It felt like the practice was more focused on maximizing insurance benefits than providing quality patient care. I have also requested multiple times to have my records transferred, and those requests were never completed.
