Summerville Smiles Dental Office

I had an excellent experience today at Summerville Smiles. It was my first appointment and from the moment I checked in until I left, each staff member provided exceptional customer service. They took the time to listen and understand my situation. They provided detailed feedback that made me extremely comfortable. They have a very modern office that is extremely clean. So clean I thought they just opened up and I was shocked to hear they have been there for 5 years now. I am looking forward to being a long time patient. Thank you James Badia.

This was my first time at this office, and it was a very disappointing experience. It felt like the practice was more focused on maximizing insurance benefits than providing quality patient care. I have also requested multiple times to have my records transferred, and those requests were never completed.

I moved to the area about a year ago and first went to a highly recommended and well known practice. I did not have a great experience there and felt like they were just rushing to get me done and out. Today I tried Summerville Smiles and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming and I had no wait. Katrina was my hygienist and took time to explain how to care for my teeth at home and what products would be best for my particular issues. No one has ever actually explained how to improve my at home care and I really appreciated the time she took to do so and how she continually checked in to make sure I was ok during the cleaning.

Very best dental employees I’ve ever met, Dr. Yoder and Brittany were great! Came in to be seen for a hurt tooth and they did same day treatment and helped me out!! The OM shenequia was very polite and helpful with everything as well. Definitely recommend coming to see them:)
