Horrible experience. ! The rooms are desperate needs of repairs and renovation. They are unkept and very dirty. There is mold around the sink and tub in the bathroom. The window frame is broken exposing the rusted metal. The floor are not vacuumed. when walking around in sock you pick up past guests hair on the bottom of sock. The chair has big dirty stains all over the chair. The fitted sheets on the bed have lint balls. The walls have big patches. Everything is documented in photos. Don’t be fooled about breakfast! The breakfast are frozen breakfast sandwiches in the freezer that has to be heated up in the microwave. By far the worst hotel I ever stay in. It’s really disgusting. We stayed in room 114. Also, no elevator!

The customer service was great however the rooms weren’t in best shape.. my room leaked during a rainstorm and the leak was right above the air conditioner unit.. not safe. I had to get towels from the restroom to clean up the mess. I paid nearly almost $200 for this room and you mean to tell me the rooms were in this condition?

This hotel is absolutely ridiculous it has mold and is failing apart and they charge more than what it is worth when it is falling apart. The hotel needs a deep clean and to be redone.

We booked this room because we were coming from out of state to visit our daughter. The location was convenient to get to and close to a Wal-Mart and a Cracker Barrel. The front desk employee was very welcoming and personable. He offered to make fresh coffee and gave us some yummy chocolate chip cookies. The next day's front desk employee was also nice. We had a bad lamp in our room and she got a different one and helped me switch them out. I would definitely stay here again. Great deal for the money.

One night stay on our trek North, we picked this property because the reviews were good and the price was low mid-range. We were only going to be there 10 hours. The Front desk was extremely nice and she gave us a "suite" on the second floor when she couldn't get us on the first floor. The A/C worked GREAT! The bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast just OK, but included. The hotel needs a fresh-up. Carpets could be cleaned and furniture refreshed especially in lobby area. It looks and acts like a budget motel but is not as scary as the true budget hotels. Would probably not book again.
