I made an appointment for 9:30 AM, which was very easy to schedule. I arrived early since this was my first urgent care visit since moving from Washington State, and I knew I would need to complete paperwork and ask a few questions about billing. I provided my information and the staff assured me they would take care of everything. The appointment itself was fast, professional, and very easy. The doctor wrote a few prescriptions and asked where I would like them sent. I chose the CVS down the road. I thanked everyone for the great experience, thinking I wouldn’t see them again until a future visit. When I arrived at CVS, I was told there was a billing issue and that I would need to return to urgent care to have it resolved. I went back and spoke with the amazing staff at the front desk. They asked for my information again and assured me they would get everything sorted out. As a veteran, I am used to waiting, but after about 10 minutes the front desk staff and the doctor came to me and let me know everything had been resolved and I could return to the pharmacy. They truly went above and beyond in my opinion, and I will absolutely use them again whenever a medical need arises. Thank you all for your patience, professionalism, and expertise.

MEDcare Urgent Care was fantastic. I was able to check-in online and had less than a five minute wait when I arrived. Everyone was very nice and professional . I left there feeling like I was valued as a patient. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Was there for five hrs and I was a self pay I paid what they told me and finally got to see doctor asked for ex ray and they told me extra 55 I thought it was all included they say no because it's going through new company. Was not happy. The people was very nice but if your going through a change it should have been organized better.

I’m not one to leave a negative review like this, but this experience was so ridiculous it’s actually concerning. To start off, I checked in at 2:30 PM with only three people ahead of me and was told I’d be seen around 3:10 PM. I was called back at 3:16 PM, and after getting my vitals taken and being tested for flu, COVID, and strep, I was put in a room at 3:25 PM… and then sat there until 4:10 PM waiting for the provider. While I was waiting, I had the pleasure of listening to staff gossip loudly for a solid 30 minutes about people’s personal lives, affairs, relationships, all of it. Completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a medical facility. Not to mention it made me very uncomfortable and straight up annoyed. When the NP finally came in, she asked what was going on. I explained that I thought I had mastitis but also had a sore throat that occurred at the same time and wasn’t sure if they were related. After a quick glance at my throat, she suggested doing a strep test… which I had already taken. I had to tell her that myself, so she left the room to check which clearly meant she hadn’t even reviewed my chart before walking in to see me. She returned, said everything was negative, told me she’d send in a prescription, and that I was good to go. This was at 4:16 PM. So after nearly TWO HOURS there, I spoke to the provider for maybe six minutes. Oh and the only reason why I know the exact timing was because I was texting my mom the entire time. Well to make matters worse, bout five minutes after I left, she calls me to say she “didn’t realize” I’m allergic to the antibiotic she prescribed. She then tells me I’m also allergic to the common alternatives and suggests I try something else and basically “hope for the best.” Yeah… absolutely not. Between the excessive wait, lack of preparation, staff gossiping about personal drama on the other side of paper thin walls , and the careless prescribing of medication I’m allergic to, this place was a joke. Do better.

I was very pleased with this urgent care. First, it was easy to get an appointment on line. When I arrived earlier to complete registration, I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. The doctor was very professional; got me x-rayed, diagnosed, and on my way with prescriptions within an hour. The staff was also friendly and professional.
