I absolutely love Ladies Choice Fitness! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and I always feel comfortable working out here. It’s more than a gym; it feels like a community. Highly recommend!

Ladies Choice is the best ladies only gym. They have classes for all ages and child care. This gym has monthly challenges to motivate you and get you in shape. They have the best tea and protein shakes ever! Please ladies check it out! You will be amazed.

Ladies Choice is the perfect gym for me. They have many classes offered each day to choose from. The equipment is nice and the atmosphere in the gym is always easy going and comfortable. All the ladies that work there are great! Also, the gym has a wonderful pool and hot tub, sauna, and so much more to offer. It's a great value for the monthly fee that I pay. I would recommend this gym to any female looking for a great place to work out and make friends.

Ladies choice gym class teachers are amazing! They know how to motivate and encourage and are so fun. Also love the amenities.This gym has helped me so much in my postpartum journey and I highly recommend coming here 🩷

My granddaughter and I have been going for about 2 months and we love it! She is 19 but has delayed development and on autism spectrum. We love using the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. I've got her to ride the bike and she did awesome and like it! Lisa and Brenda are so nice and helpful and really care about their members. I'm doing a personal training program with Arta and she is fantastic! Really gives me a good workout and instructions (I'm 69 and she knows just what I need to do to accomplish my goal). We haven't tried any of the classes yet except a pool workout with Brenda (which was great!) The facility is older but very well maintained and clean. I love that my special girl loves to go and to hear her say "Mimi, can we go to the gym today?" Another thing we really like is it's ladies only! If you're looking for a nice place to workout, with lots of choices, I highly recommend Ladies Choice Fitness!
