Barre Nation

I just took my first class at Barre Nation. The shopping center in Nexton was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The owner Nicole was very sweet. She gave me a tour and explained how everything worked. The class was great and everyone was very welcoming. The studio was beautiful and clean. They also have an app that allows you to easily schedule classes. I really like that they don't have a late cancel fee - they just ask that you cancel before the class if something changes. I frequently have to modify my schedule due to life demands, so I really appreciate that flexibility. I'm looking forward to integrating more low impact movement into my workout routine to balance out the high intensity strength training that I also love to do. Thanks for my free first week! I will definitely be back :)

I've had such an incredible experience at Barre Nation. I was a complete newbie to Barre and was a little intimidated to begin. As soon as I walked in for the first time the studio was so beautiful and the people were so kind and accepting. This is truly a nonjudgemental space and going to classes here has the ability to completely turn my day around. There is a big parking lot right outside so parking is never an issue and there is a bathroom, water bottle filling station, and changing room available inside! Their sticky sock collection is always so cute and they'll host cute events like candle making classes, glow in the dark barre, etc every once in a while. The instructors really care about class attendees and are always open to feedback and suggestions. I couldn't rave more about this place! I would encourage anyone of any level to come try any class. The vibes are inclusive, kind, and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my visit to this studio! Beautiful interior and an excellent workout. The exercises may look simple, but you quickly feel all your muscles working. Sarajane Johnson is a fantastic instructor very professional and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Whitney was very welcoming. She is a wonderful instructor who has a solid plan, good accompanying music, and she will work you!!!! She made me want to do better and persevere. I like it so much, I brought my wife and her friend back. The studio is nice and inviting, and my classmates were from all experience levels.

What a beautiful studio! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I appreciated the modifications and clear guidance throughout the class, making it accessible and enjoyable. I had an exceptional workout and truly enjoyed my visit. Highly recommend!
