    All of the staff was super friendly and the instructor was very thorough with giving instructions during the class. I highly recommend trying them out whether you're trying to find fun way to work out or just looking for something to do over the weekend. Overall 5 out of 5!

    Matt was the greatest, most welcoming, amazing front desk clerk EVER. It was my friend and I’s first class and we felt so welcome and prepared. Matt gave us a tour of the building and assisted all of our needs before class started. The class was absolutely amazing as well. Way better than watching from TikTok!! Definitely give this place a try. It’s great for all ages too.

    Did a level 1 class with Karyn. I thought it would do ok but my oh my what a workout that was. It's fast but Karyn explained every move and walked us through it several times. If I lived in Summerville, you bet I would be buying a membership. Everyone I've met is wonderful. Instructors managers and the people in the class were very friendly and welcoming. 100% recommend. They have 4 levels of bungee, mini trampoline and a boot camp class. Also you can have parties and they do special events like 80's night and legends of flight geared towards older clients
