Mosch Ball

Mosch Ball is an absolute must for your youth athlete. From conditioning to ball handling to intense scrimmage scenarios, it is a training facility that preps your basketball player both mentally and physically. Sheana is a trainer that teaches strength, skills, knowledge and confidence on the court. Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her workouts with Coach Mosch, and while she’s still early in her basketball career, I am certain that Mosch Ball will be a constant in her continued training and growth.

My daughter had an amazing time at basketball camp! She learned a lot and was excited to come home each day and talk about what she worked on. Coach Sheana was supportive, encouraging, and helped push her to improve her skills. I truly appreciate the positive environment, personalized feedback, and dedication shown throughout the camp. Mosch Camp, simply put, is the best training and instruction my daughter has received in the Charleston area. Her knowledge and toughness is what every player needs that takes the game seriously and wants to get better. My daughter came home with sore legs, but lots of smiles and she said she loved it. I personally was blown away by the intensity of the drills and the competitiveness with not just others, but with yourself. Absolutely incredible.

Mosch Ball was a big hit with my grandson. He is 6 and had never played basketball before, but he had a great time and learned so much. Even though he was younger and smaller and was new to the camp, Sheana and her crew of assistants made the 3 days of 3 hour camp fun and informative. Thank you all so much!

Our 6 year old did camp with Sheana and it was such an amazing experience. He learned so much, was so welcomed and had the absolute greatest time! We cannot wait to do more with Mosch Ball!!
