Let’s begin by saying that my son saw the same hygienist that he saw at his last visits a little over 6 months ago. She was very nice, not overly exaggerated and attentive to his needs. This was my daughter’s second time at a dentist and her first experience was traumatic at another location. I was very anxious about this visit. She was impressive. The atmosphere was inviting for her from the time we walked through the front door. The kid-friendly waiting area was just enough without being too much. The hygienist did a phenomenal job. I’m not good with names, but I will tell you that the ladies know what they are doing! Additionally, I’m in the denial field, so I watched for things that were infection control related. Nothing was done out of policy and order. Lastly, Dr. Jackson is always a pleasure and very straight forward. My kids left happy, healthy and ready for their next visit!!! Thank you for taking great care of them Jackson Pediatric staff!!

Forever grateful to Dr. Jackson and his teams assistance when my daughter experienced trauma to her teeth/mouth due to a sports incident. Their care and precision at the time was greatly appreciated. Now we’re looking into braces in a completely different state and the Orthodontist couldn’t say enough great things about the condition of my daughter’s teeth in light of the severity of the accident. It was also very helpful to have thorough clinical notes so the ortho had all the information he needed about the initial trauma and subsequent care. Dr. Jackson did an amazing job from the very start of her treatment and though out the follow up visits.

We were referred to Jackson Pediatric Dentistry by our orthodontist. My daughter has severe dental anxiety so I was a bit worried when we needed to get some teeth extracted for ortho reasons. Dr. Jeff and his staff are so incredible and super friendly. My daughter felt super comfortable with everyone. Dr. Jeff was so gentle that the same day as her extractions, she felt no pain and even into the next day. Would 10/10 recommend every time.

We love it here! Everyone is so kind and treats us so well. We appreciate the attention & time they give us, especially when we have questions. They make sure the kids are well taken care of, and the kids really enjoy the special things they do to make the dentist fun. You can tell they care about their patients and families.
