Innovative Endodontics

I am not a reviewer, however good service deserves to be recognized! I was referred to Innovative by my Dentist for a consultation. Lucy was so kind and friendly and worked me in same day. I saw Dr Estes who made recommendations and had the best chair side manner, was very thorough and explained everything so well. When schedule me for the work, Amanda was able to get me in within an hour for the treatment!!! Dr Estes and Madison completed a root canal. I literally didn’t feel a thing. This practice is amazing and everyone who I worked with was so friendly and welcoming! Thank you so much!!!!!

Absolutely the BEST AND MOST WONDERFUL dentist experience ive ever had! I had a root canal done years back, and had to get it redone. From start to finish, it couldn't have been better. They were very communicative in setting up my appointment, giving temporary medical advise beforehand. They were friendly as could be, on the phone and in person. They were very fast and efficient. When Dr Umbach's assistant (i forgot her name sadly) said it was going to be a spa, I dodnt expect such amazing complimentaries! I got a neck pillow and lumbar pillow, I have multiple back issues, I was offered a hot towel, lip balm, drinks, ear buds, etc. I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep during the procedure! They even went as far as tapping my shoulder to distract from the needles, and went over every detail about what was wrong, how it was affecting me, how it was going to be fixed, the whole nine yards. And the payment plan is so flexible, that it makes it so relieving to be able to afford to take care of my dental health. They are really living up to "changing the reputation of the root canal". And there's purple everywhere which was so awesome!

From the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. They were incredibly accommodating, working around my schedule to make the process as easy as possible. And when they say the procedure is painless, they truly mean it. I have a significant fear of dental work—especially anything involving needles—because of childhood experiences. They listened to my concerns without judgment and made sure I was comfortable by providing the appropriate medication before my appointment. Their compassion, patience, and professionalism completely changed my experience.

Super friendly staff. Amazing experience. Nice clean office. Update: I had the most amazing experience. Dr.Estes and her staff (Paula and Lucy) were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They eased any dental anxiety. They made me feel so comfortable. Literally 10 out of 10 experience.

Hands down the best endodontics I have ever been too. The entire staff was amazing!! They are friendly, welcoming, and eased my nerves. They offer you amenities like your at a hotel. They use great technology and the color scheme is my favorite color PURPLE!! They even give you gifts. Pain free experience, better than a filling. To top off a great experience Dr Umbach walked me out not the assistant, the actual Dr. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
