HYLO Fitness Nexton

This is my absolute favorite workout place! I was nervous the first time I tried a class but the staff was super friendly and helped me feel comfortable for my first class. I’ve been going for over 4 weeks now and it’s absolutely the best place! All the staff there are super nice and so are the instructors. I’ve had a few instructors for pulse and core classes and they’re all so welcoming and supportive! Emily Frazier is my favorite instructor! Her classes are always amazing and she’s so encouraging! Everyone in the class are also always friendly and make the class fun! The bathroom and building overall is also super clean! It’s such a cute workout place!

Alicia had me at Gucci bandana! Her lo core classes are amazing! If you want a serious work out her class is it! She humbles me real quick! Her energy and direction is like no other. 10 out of 10 recommend! Play list is elite as well. Go check her out!

I’ve been a member since the Nexton studio opened and somehow I’m STILL challenged in every single class. HYLO has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. 12/10 recommend!

Amber girrllll! So glad I got you for my first ever HyLo class. Thank you for the encouragement and reminders to breathe and stay in it. Great class. My class was filled with all different body types and levels. Playlist and lighting were fire, and it was a super clean environment.

I love HYLO! The instructors are all incredible! The music & lights really add to the energy & vibe, which makes it a place you want to be. The classes are all challenging, yet they make it fun & keep it flowing so it’s over before you know it. Lastly, the showers & supplies in the ladies room are so amazing to have so I can easily freshen up & go to work, which is also a huge time saver. Highly recommend!
