Came to this gym for the first time and the experience honestly wasn’t welcoming at all. The instructor did guide a little bit, but there were multiple first-time people there, including myself, and I felt like I was helping others more than the trainer was. The front desk introduction was poor, no one showed us around or explained anything about the gym. As a new customer, you expect at least a warm welcome and basic guidance. The whole atmosphere felt unorganized and low energy. If gyms want people to sign up and come back, first impressions really matter. Response - to owner reply since I can replay .. That’s actually incorrect lol. I was there on the 16th. Sounds like your records just aren’t very accurate. Also, my review was based on my actual experience during that visit — not frustration over membership changes. People are allowed to share honest feedback without it being dismissed as “personal attacks.” If you’re welcoming feedback, maybe focus less on trying to discredit customers publicly and more on addressing why the experience led to the review in the first place.

Natasha is amazing! She was my first class to take and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She provided valuable advice on adjusting my movements to improve my performance in the future, and I appreciate the time she spent speaking with me before and after class. Will definitely be taking her class again!

I haven't had my first class yet, but I went to check it out.. they were extremely nice, very welcoming, and were enthusiastic to show me around. Their monthly is priced a bit high for me, but they offer 8 and 12 class bundles, which seem worth it for sure.

I love HYLO! The instructors are all incredible! The music & lights really add to the energy & vibe, which makes it a place you want to be. The classes are all challenging, yet they make it fun & keep it flowing so it’s over before you know it. Lastly, the showers & supplies in the ladies room are so amazing to have so I can easily freshen up & go to work, which is also a huge time saver. Highly recommend!

As a male and slightly out of shape, I'm not the typical target audience for HYLO but I love it here. The instructors and staff are always super helpful and friendly. They aren't pushy here and are very welcoming. It can be a little intense for people who aren't used to these classes or don't know the exercises but you learn quick and can just look at what other people are doing. They offer a free class so just try it out and see if you feel better after.
