Pushy tipping culture at this spot!!! Walked in and there is no wait staff. You place your order at a window and fix your own drink, they bring you the food but that's it. Once done ordering it pushes a tip screen with a 15% minimum, which is frankly ridiculous when they aren't serving you. You'd especially think they wouldn't need tips when the prices are so high!!! $22 for 6 shrimp, flounder, and a side. Pay your workers better before shoving that responsibility off on your patrons. Of course I tipped because I'd feel bad not, but I'm probably not going to return because of the price and the tipping practices. The food was absolutely fantastic. Fresh, good, but the portion for the money is just not enough. Also they forgot one of my measly 6 shrimp the platter came with, and I had to go back up waiting for someone else to order so I could talk to the one front facing staff member. To be clear the staff were all nice and did their job, but the way this establishment is run basically pressures the guests into tipping instead of paying their staff better, and can't handle when something goes wrong because there's no one waiting tables. If it was run better and was a bit more reasonable this place would be five stars.

Some of the best seafood in Summerville! The Shrimp and Crab Nachos were amazing, and well worth the price. The hot honey shrimp and grits were perfectly cooked, silky and delicious!! Definitely recommend that everyone try this place, you won’t be disappointed!!

3/7 was my first time coming here with my friends. I ordered seafood macaroni, chicken tenders with crab bites and fries. I sat at the table with my friends and they only brought my seafood macaroni out and was told they were working on the others. I watched them bring all of my friend’s food. I asked about it again and even ordered to go food for my significant other. I ask about it a third time and the guy went to the back and told his manager. I came to the counter to ask for my food to go because my friends were finish. I was told “well I was told, you’re just now saying something” by the manager. Which is not true, I felt like that young lady should’ve told her manager, I did ask! She literally tried to avoid the situation. That’s when I was shock and ask for a refund. She kept making comments and telling me to wait. She refunded me my money and try to give me a $25 gift card. I didn’t take it and left crying, I told my friends I was going to my car because I was trying to work with them until that comment was made. It was so embarrassing to see the whole kitchen looking at me like I was in the wrong. They sent the black guy out the door for damage control and the gift card. I believe his name was Chef G, he was nice but that damage was already done. I didn’t take it because I won’t be back. That manager definitely made it so bad! She blamed it on her being short staff but there was no one in front of us so I’m confuse on how it happened. She immediately took her employees side but literally, my friends and I wouldn’t mind waiting if she got my side of the story. Like why would I watch everybody eat and not say anything????

This is a wonderful fastfood style seafood joint. Perfect for a quick but excellent meal. Like all seafood it's a bit pricey, but I have to say the food quality was better than expected. We really enjoyed the flavor of the food and the sauces. Highly recommend this place, but be prepared to pay! :)

What a beautiful restaurant and a pleasant surprise!!! I guess because of the way you order at the screen and make your drinks we were skeptical at first, but what a cool atmosphere and most importantly sensational food. The crew was very attentive and the manager even took the time to speak with us!
