My husband and I had to rush our senior Foxhound mix in because she vomited blood. I was so stressed because past “urgent” appointments at other places cost me an arm and a leg (worth it for my fur babies, but still way expensive). When I called, Katie was super sweet and gave me a breakdown of what I needed to bring in + how much the visit would cost. They got me in 3 hours later for only a $75 appointment, and I’m forever grateful for the urgency and their late hours!! The vet (and the vet tech) were amazing, and my very anxious dog warmed up to them almost immediately. I got a new price quote every time a new test or treatment was suggested, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Sweet Pea is back to her normal (weird, hound-dog) self thanks to some IV fluids, anti-nausea meds, and a probiotic. Thankfully the supportive care they gave her helped avoid serious dehydration/bleeding. Thank you for taking care of my baby while she was sick, and for giving her lots of love even though she’s horribly anxious. 💕 I intend to set up regular care with this clinic for both of my senior dogs after this experience. :) See attached for some photos of Sweet Pea after her miraculous recovery! ❤️‍🩹

Dr. Hawk and girls are beyond amazing. I can't say with enough gratitude and appreciation how they handled my sweet girl recently, especially during the hardest moments. They really share compassion and empathy 💜 with you and truly understand what someone goes through. Thank you. I will continue to keep my fur babies with them, 💯 without a doubt.

Dr. Kline for my diabetic/asthmatic cat and Dr. Botkin for my dogs. As usual, both Dr. Kline and Dr. Botkin are so excellent at listening to all the info and observations I bring to an appointment for my pets. We continue with communication by email as I keep them updated on their progress for the treatment that was prescribed.

Didn't call on the dates they said, false info, suggested euthanizing my pet because I didn't have 2k... 140 dollars for supposed free meds, was suppose to be 75 dollar visit, it was double.. stopped giving medicine they gave to me and did what I thought best... My pet is better than ever now ... Money wasted!

I cannot recommend Dr. Nawa and the entire team at Flower Town Veterinary Hospital enough. My senior Chihuahua Stuart was found neglected and abandoned by a family member, and ever since then I have been working hard to get his health back on track. It has not been a simple road. Stuart has a Grade 4 heart murmur, a number of ongoing health issues, and on top of that he is not the easiest with people he does not know. Dr. Nawa has been incredible through all of it. She and her techs worked with him, worked with me, connected us with the right specialists, and genuinely took the time to understand both of us as a team. I never felt rushed or dismissed. The team has always communicated clearly, made sure I understood every option, and showed up for Stuart like he was their own. The vet techs and the front desk staff are just wonderful. From the moment you walk in you can feel that everyone here actually cares. They are knowledgeable, warm, and patient, and that means everything when you have a pet with a complicated history. Stuart is in a much better place because of this team and so am I. If you are looking for a vet who will treat your pet with genuine compassion, look no further. Highly recommend.
