Your new payment system is horrible! Unable to pay it through the payment system like I always have and get an error message when I try to call. When you set it up online it says the account number has too many numbers I keep hearing I'm going to get a letter in mail with a new account number which I have yet to see! It's a good thing I have some checks I will have to mail it in. If you try to call the office your own hold forever. Not worth it!

New bill paying system link doesn’t work. When trying to call to pay a bill, the call drops. When reaching out through email, I received a very unhelpful response. I’m just trying to pay the bill on time. Do they want the money or not? Update: the link finally works but now the old account number has been changed and there’s no way to pay without logging in.

If I could put negative starts I would. System is trash. Impossible to reach them through a phone call. Since the new update I cannot pay my bill online or through a call they just drop calls and never answer! automated system doesn’t work either. And then they will send me late payment fee! Worst sewer company to ever exist!

The amount they charge for Sewer a month is ridiculous. $66 a month flat rate which will make your bill a month over $100 just for sewer and water like the mortgage payment is high enough with the taxes this county charges. Website to pay the bill is dismal.

EDIT: I'm editing this review a year later because these guys are so incompetent. They "upgraded" their billing/payment system, and it sounds like everyone else is having just as hard of a time as I am. I had to edit the jQuery source file to get successfully register my user. I then. had to look through their entire app, because I guess a Billing or Payment page is too difficult? And after I finally found where I could pay, added my payment method, and clicked "Submit", their server returns a generic 200 and I get spat out to the beginning of the payment form. Guys... You charge so much, and you can't afford a billing platform in 2026? That's insane. Literally everyone is trying to give you money and your refuse. I'll probably have another edit next year. I've lived in Dorchester county for 3 months and they've already silently increased my monthly bill. I'm a single dude who used 2,000 gallons less than the minimum this month and my bill is $108.52... I've lived in Charleston county my whole life where I don't think I've ever seen a water bill more than $35. The flat fee for sewage is $66.15, by itself... Can someone please explain to us why it's so expensive? I guess you just like taking advantage of us?
