Switched vets last minute as I didnt feel I was getting the care I needed for my dog. I found coastal creek animal hospital online, saw the reviews, and decided to give it a shot. They got me in quickly same day and best decision I could have made. The facility is wonderful, clean and well taken care of. The staff is so nice. Our vet we saw Dr Mack was beyond amazing. She took her time, listened to my concerns and addressed everything. The level of care here has made me realize what we have been missing and only regret is not finding them sooner.
The staff at Coastal Creek animal Hospital were extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know my dog at her new patient visit and they gave me excellent feedback! I could tell my dog enjoyed this Veterinary office compared to her prior office. Another bonus is that the office is super nice and new. I highly recommend!! How kind and lovable the staff were to not only my pet, but also to me during our visit.
