Brooklyn South Pizza

Found our new best pizza and wings spot. We moved here from New York and the pizza and wings in the area are awful. This place is great pizza is nice and crispy and the sauce taste great. The wings are great and had great flavor. They weren’t as crispy as I like, but I also didn’t ask for them to be extra crispy so I wouldn’t take any stars away. If order from them again at recommend extra crispy wings

I was looking for a pizza joint that offers salami as a side on their pizzas and thats how I ran into Brookln South Pizza. Apparently it's very rare to find a pizza joint in the low country who offers the magical cured meat. I traveled nearly 50 miles round trip to visit Brooklyn South. I ordered the Godfather Gourmet pizza and added some onions and jalapeños. I gotta tell you that this is by far the best pizza I have ever had while living in the lowcountry and easily ranks up there as one of my top 3 pizzas I've had in my life. I don't say that in jest, especially being a retired vet who's traveled all over the world. To cap it off, the customer service was amazing. The older gentleman was cracking jokes and just making the whole experience a joy. Thank you very much for a wonderful treat. It was well worth the trip and I will most definitely be back.

Ordered a large pepperoni and a small margarita this evening. Margarita pizza is flooded with sauce, very few tomatoes, no basil. Called to speak with restaurant, spoke with MJ “manager” he would not refund or remake our pizza. He said it was their best pizza and there was nothing he could do about it and he was busy. We have ordered numerous margarita pizzas and this one is not edible. Basically dough with lots of sauce… asked for owners information and he only knew his first name, Jeremy, and he doesn’t come in there. So basically if you don’t care for the quality of the pizza they made you are out of luck. Zero customer satisfaction. Will not go back, will tell everyone. Disgusted with their lack of service. As a business, one should want to please their customers and put out the best product. They obviously need to raise their standards and train their management.

Their pizza is incredible. The attached photos are of a small pie with extra cheese and half pepperoni. With some pizzerias, when you ask for extra cheese, sometimes you can hardly tell there is any extra on it. Not at Brooklyn South! I got exactly what I paid for and it was delicious. My only negative about the place is that the dining tables are often dirty from previous customers, but that certainly won't deter me from eating there again. Fantastic pizza and fantastic customer service!
