I stumbled across this hidden gem in Summerville and decided to give it a try. Since it was my first visit, I ordered just one slice—and I’m glad I did! The slice was enormous, and the price was an absolute steal. It had the perfect cheese pull, and you could tell the dough was fresh. The customer service was 10++++ and made the experience even better. Great food, great value, and great people. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

This is a really nice spot to get good pizza. I would love to see this place succeed. Love their sauce! Amazing. I'm not very adventurous with pizza, so I had a slice of cheese and buffalo chicken. The cheese was very good. Loved it. The buffalo chicken was good as well but not what I expected. But that falls on me for comparing. I do think it could have been a little more buffalo but that's my preference. Overall, I enjoyed the pizza. Staff was friendly as well.

I don’t write reviews often, but what happened at Sabatino's Pizza absolutely deserves to be recognized—and especially one incredible employee, Valeria. I’m a wheelchair-bound U.S. Army Veteran, and this visit could have easily been difficult. My son Michael had ordered pizza, but he couldn’t come with me to pick it up. When I arrived, I realized there was no drive-thru or curbside option, which normally makes things complicated for someone in my situation. So I called the restaurant and explained that I was outside and asked—honestly not expecting much—if someone could help bring the order out. That’s when Valeria stepped in. Without hesitation, she told me she’d be glad to help. And she didn’t just “help”—she went above and beyond in a way that truly meant something. She personally brought my order out to the car, carrying the large pizza box and everything that went with it. But what really got me was the extra care she showed. She even brought me a drink I didn’t ask for, and on the side of the cup, she had written “Thank you for your service” in blue marker, complete with a hand-drawn American flag. That wasn’t part of her job. That was heart. In today’s world, where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, this was something different. This was kindness, respect, and genuine appreciation—all wrapped into one simple but powerful gesture. As a U.S. Army Veteran, that meant more than I can fully put into words. Now let’s talk about the food—because Sabatino’s absolutely delivers there too. We ordered the Traditional Grandma Pizza, one of their specialty pies—and let me tell you… oh my God, it was good. That New York–style, square-cut pizza with a thicker crust and crispy bottom was absolutely outstanding. The sauce had great flavor, the cheese was perfectly balanced, and every bite tasted like it was made with care. The crust had that perfect balance—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. And the garlic knots? Incredible. Soft, buttery, loaded with garlic, and cooked just right. Easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Between the food and the service, this place checks every box. But what truly sets Sabatino’s apart is how they treat people. Valeria didn’t just do her job—she created a moment I won’t forget. She showed what it means to care, to respect others, and to go the extra mile for someone who needed a little help. That kind of character reflects on the entire business. If you’re anywhere near Summerville, do yourself a favor and stop by Sabatino’s Pizza. You’ll get amazing food—but more importantly, you’ll experience the kind of service that reminds you there are still genuinely good people out there. Valeria, thank you. From one very grateful U.S. Army Veteran—you made my day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars, no question about it)
