Bay Pointe at Summerville

Bay Pointe was our top option during apartment searching for a temporary place near home after college and while we may not have gotten lucky enough to live there, I would 100% recommend this place to ANYONE! The customer service here is AMAZING and the property is well maintained with several new amenities that’ll make your life so much easier! Apply fast because the place you’re looking at will be gone the next day, trust me I know from experience!

I love living here! We moved from another state and had no idea where to begin when looking for apartments. When I came to tour the apartments over a year ago, I was greeted warmly and instantly felt at ease. The property manager made the whole process super easy and fast! The fact that there was no hesitation about us bringing our ESA (Emotional Support Animal)was so nice - that was one of our concerns. The apartments are large and well maintained. We love sitting on our balcony that faces the woods because it feels like we are in a treehouse. The property manager is friendly and truly cares about taking care of the tenants. The maintenance man is so great! He is kind, funny, and quick! We have had very few maintenance issues as these apartments are fairly new, however, the ones we have had have been resolved promptly. The clubhouse is wonderful and the pool is kept clean. We are in our second year of living at Bay Pointe and couldn't be more pleased with our decision!

My husband and I recently moved out after living at Bay Pointe for a year. We considered this place a hidden gem. It felt secluded, yet close to everything we needed. The community manager, Samantha, is very personable and often goes out of her way to be extra helpful. Any issue or question we had was quickly attended to, and the property was well-kept. The apartment itself felt spacious, clean and quiet. We also enjoyed having the dog pen to let our pup burn off some energy.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST APARTMENTS/STAFF EVER!!!! Trust and believe....I am retired military, and have definitely had my share of apartments in my lifetime. Samantha Waters is the GREATEST. I promise, I have never met a more professional, helpful property manager. Always going over and beyond, and has such a pleasant, inviting personality! The property maintenance man, Melvin too! I have never, EVER seen that man in bad mood! And, when you need something done, he is right on!!! You will NOT get that everywhere....And, the apartment community, I really like. It's small and private, and the people are "neighborly", yet minds there own business, otherwise. The complex is still considered rather newly built, so the maintenance repair requests are minor, minimal, and to be expected....just like a newly built home, (I have experienced that, as well). The complex community is conveniently locating (in any direction you go in) to amenities, and I love being within minutes from the beautiful historic Summerville district, and quaint shops, fun, and restaurants in downtown Summerville. I am actually anticipating if I want to purchase a home again or remain here....Decisions, decisions, decision....guess it will boil down to the rent increase, after all of the nearby construction is done and property taxes increase. Nevertheless, I will miss Bay Pointe at Summerville, if and when that time was to ever come. Love me some Sam and Melvin!!!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!!

This apartment complex was so welcoming & quiet. We felt comfortable with the spacious two bedrooms & had ample storage! I loved being a part of this community. Sam & Melvin make a great team to get the job done right! Thank you for such a memorable expereince that was within our price range. I highly reccomend others to move here if they are apartment hunting.
