Did nothing that they said that they were going to do. They told me several times that they were going to give me a Mir never did. Even when you family calls and asked them questions they would put them on hold and never would answer you back. When my aunt was being discharged. They would not even get her a wheelchair they make her walk. Told the person that came to pick her up that she had to walk. A 85 year old woman. From the fifth floor had to walk to the elevator.. this is unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible ... Forced procedures , denied talking about uninsured receiving Medicaid , rude bedside manners , would not give estimated pricing when asked , privacy violations and double charging after bill was paid even after discussing with them on the phone and showing proof of payment. Already paid bill was sent to collections. After receiving itemization they want 15k for a forced CT scan ... Unreal.

I had a surgery here and they gave me MRSA. Been dealing with it for over a year. Do not go here.

Daughter went in at 330pm and at 930pm was still waiting on ultrasound results as soon as I raised hell and told them to discharge her that I was taking her to roper they had her results as soon as I sign the discharge paperwork. Results and medicine called in all of a sudden.. will never go back..

Warning to anyone considering service from this establishment; just don't use Trident if at all possible as their charges are extremely high ($63 for 1 Ibuprofen - over $1500 for 2 Rx & less than 30 min visit). The A/C didn't work & condensation was dripping on me in the examination room! If I could have been quoted a price at check in, I would have left. However the front desk attendant (who I feel was more security than anything) said the cost would be up to my insurance. We'll, lesson learned on this & I'll not be going back. Wish I could rate negative stars!
