Summerville Methodist Church

SMC is a new church whose members are friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and devout. We are growly weekly and welcome visitors.

Each time we attend Summerville Methodist Church, we depart with a renewed spirit and joy in the Lord! Everyone there emanates love for God and for each other! Rev. Ross Chellis has been God’s gift to our church family as he preaches God’s Biblical truths and leads us to love others as Jesus wants while still standing firm in our convictions and beliefs. We thank God every day for our SMC family!

I feel I am one of the blessed one to be tended by what I call church angels. Each month I receive a visit from the care team who then give me communion. I’m also truly blessed by both the flower committee as well as the card committee. The flowers and cards totally brighten my day and reaffirm my belief that God does provides to those in need. Thank you.

Summerville Methodist Church is truly fulfilling “God’s Promise of Good Things”. Every time we join together in worship and fellowship, we are reminded of His promise from Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you - plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you a hope and future.” Our hope is that those who are seeking a Christ centered church with a Pastor whose messages are Scripture focused will come and be part of that future!
