I would give a zero if I could! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS OR NUTRITION!!!! I was told they would let my proxy pick up my replacement WIC card this one time. I have voice-mail stating so and emails! I have all the proof I need! Oh and their so unprofessional and rude! Never had this problem in vegas but I'm handling and doing something about it! Don't take your kids here because they don't care

Jeanine my nurse was so amazingly nice and understanding and courteous. I felt so comfortable for my pap. It was the best experience with a medical visit for female needs I have ever had. She and the rest of the staff were very kind and understanding and they really listened to me.

So I’m not from here but Ive been calling for 30 minutes trying to get in contact with someone so I can get to my appointment for an IUD check but no one is answering the phone

The people are nice like someone already stated... unfortunately the system is broken. Wait times are terrible. I've been on hold for over 30 mins. It is impossible to get someone on the phone which is crazy considering covid restrictions/ delayed wic appointments. Our benefits keep getting canceled before the appointment due to covid pushing it back ... They should have someone available to fix this. It inconveniences families that are reliant right now on the stability of the program to get by until this covid mess clears. Help your citizens.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - Walked in to get a vaccine and they only have a part-time nurse to do them , I was told to call and make an appointment as she’s only there A few days a week. I called in and scheduled an appointment for ONE vaccine (was told over the phone that I could not do multiple in one visit) and proceeded to have to wait over an hour before being brought back. The staff is kind but what is the point in scheduling time if I’m going to have to wait hours to get the shots? THEN when they proceeded to take me back they tell me I can’t be vaccinated because I ALREADY had the max # that the HC will allow. SO the people scheduling these appointments don’t have access to see what I can and cannot have? WASTE OF TIME, if you can go to a primary care provider, do that.
