CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! There honestly aren’t enough words to describe how amazing my experience was at Spokeworks! I used to ride all the time, but after an injury and moving to Charleston four years ago, I completely stepped away from the sport. Fast forward to now—I was pretty nervous about getting back on a bike, but Michael gave me all the confidence I needed to jump back in. His patience, passion, and genuine love for riding truly show, and it made all the difference for me. I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience and the encouragement. If you’re even thinking about getting into cycling (or getting back into it), this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

After visiting several other bike shops, we were waiting for that wow moment that we thought would hopefully happen when we found the right bike for my 11yo son. There was good energy in this shop because several regulars stopped in after their morning ride. We noticed the positive energy right away. Not only did my son light up when he rode the Specialized Rockhopper, we were very impressed with the level of service at Spokeworks! Michael and his team are pro’s! They did a pre-ride check to make sure tire pressure was correct and the gears were dialed in and shifting perfectly. No other shop did that. Also, when we decided to purchase Michael “set up the cockpit” for my son… he cut an inch off the seat post to get it just right and he adjusted the position of the brake handle and shifting buttons to get them in the most ergonomic position for him! This made us feel very well cared for and was very much appreciated! I wound up getting a bike for myself to be able to ride with my son, which I hadn’t planned on doing but I felt like I was in the right place and I did love the bikes! I brought my sons bike into the shop that I was unable to fully put together properly. The guys in the shop were more than helpful in not only helping correctly put the bike together but also took the time chatting with us on knowledge on the bike and places to ride in the area. The shop was super organized and very clean! Highly recommend coming here for your bike needs!

Im so glad I visited spokesworks bike shop today. Upon walking in I was greeted with a smile they helped take my bike back and fix it while I sat there and quickly gave it back to me fixing the chain on my daughter‘s bike. They even offered me beer /coffee while I was waiting which I will definitely take them up on that offer the next time that I visit the shop something really cool about spokes works bike shop in Summerville South Carolina is that they have a kid program where you’re able to trade in your child’s bike when they grow out of it and a portion of the cost of the bike will go towards buying a new bike as they grow.
