Incredible and a genuine learning experience. It was welcoming and more importantly I felt a sense of confidence and ease during my visit as a beginner. For context. I’m new to the hobby. Less than 150 miles of riding with a $300 gravel bike from Walmart. I had so many questions and concerns about getting into the world of cycling. I was nervous about it cause it just seems and feels overwhelming. But the owner was not just amazing at helping me out. But just went above and beyond to have a conversation. Made me feel welcomed and accepted as a new person with so many silly beginner questions. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciate their patience with me as I haven’t rode a bike in years and had no idea what I was looking for. Parking lot was large enough for a good test drive. They even kept adjusting the handle bars and such until I was happy and comfortable. I also like how they had multiple brands to try. It's been a while however I have a friend who's primary way of traveling is his electric bike. His bike had a FLAT tire and would not hold air.
