My fitting was very short, but the dress looked perfect when it was pinned at the fitting. Nothing was mentioned in regards to the dress looking any different once it was altered than how it looked when pinned. When I got my dress back from being altered the top looked nothing like it had when it was pinned and was still too big. A tier of the dress was crooked that was not before, and when I mentioned these issues to staff it was brushed off and said it looked fine. They said they could “try” to take it in more but that would probably look bad because of the fabric. I wish that had been explained at the original fitting because had this been the case, I would have just returned the dress and not gone through with alterations. I would not recommend. In response I think this information could have just been relayed at the initial fitting-that the dress would not look like it did when it was pinned because of the fabric. That is the information I feel I was missing to make an informed decision regarding altering the dress or returning it. It was not as helpful after work had already been done to give the option of taking it in more and that it would still not look good or just leaving it as is (which was still too big on the top and the top tier being crooked). The top tier of the dress being crooked was really just dismissed and the dress was said to look fine. I understand work was still completed and am fine to eat the $180, I just think further explanation/communication could be given to customers in the future if the dress will not look like how it is when pinned. I just was not informed before work was finished regarding this issue, but I understand work was done even if I am not happy with the result so of course I agreed and signed that I was picking up the dress and paid for that service even if it was not what was originally expected/agreed to. Also, just to correct an inaccuracy for future customers, I was told I was signing to confirm I picked up the garment, not that I was satisfied with the result.

This is the second time that we have taken something to Sew Fabulous, and again we were not disappointed. This time it was for my daughter's senior prom dress! Not only did the dress look beautiful after they added a corset to the back, but they were lifesavers when I had to call two weeks prior to prom asking for them to send me a picture of the actual dress so we could match the date's vest and tie as well as the ribbon for the carsage. Her dress was a unique color red and we realized we realized we never taken a picture of it before we gave it to Sew Fabulous. We literally took it straight to them after picking it up from the store we purchased it from. The staff willingly took a picture and texted it to us. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the seamstresses and staff are so personable. Would highly recommend them for any sewing needs no matter how big or small.

I don't even know where to begin. This project was a very meaningful and important project of mine that I needed absolutely perfect, and Sew Fabulous delivered. I came to them with the vision for a custom embroidered cashmere wrap - a forest scene with deer and trees on one side, a town on the other, met up with snow on either end, and a moon in the middle. It was very complex and detailed. From the moment I walked in to tell them about my idea, they were automatically on board and were very thrilled about the challenge. They took their time to make sure every single detail was perfect - and it shows! The embroidery is flawless, and I'm so happy it turned out the way I envisioned it. This isn't just a wrap, but a work of art. And I thank the Sew Fabulous team for making it into one. It's something that will be treasured for years, maybe even generations. I can't thank Sew Fabulous enough for taking something that mattered so much to me and executing it so beautifully. I contacted Sew Fabulous last minute needing a gift printed, and Jen absolutely came through. She worked closely with me, communicated clearly, and somehow got the hoodie finished much sooner than I expected. The quality is outstanding and the hoodie looks amazing. It is exactly what I imagined and honestly even better. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her customers. Huge thank you to Jen and Sew Fabulous for saving the day and delivering such an awesome product. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom apparel done right.

This business is excellent. The employees are very nice and professional! There is a very sweet black lab that also works here. There were lots of color and font options for my custom embroidery request, and my items were ready in two days! My order came out beautifully.
