My House To Yours Consignments

I had been a returning customer, until today…. A friend of mine picked up a canister from the top shelf which unknowingly contained some rancid, disgusting liquid that smelled terrible, it spilled down her arm, onto her sweater and onto the floor. She went to the counter to get a paper towel and asked if she could use the bathroom to wash her hands and arms off, the staff told her ‘no, the restrooms are not open to the public’ in a snotty tone. All she asked to do was wash off whatever had gotten all over her hands. It costs nothing to be kind… as a business owner myself I would never deny a customer from washing their hands when one of my products spilled all over them. I was shocked at the lack of empathy and professionalism. I’m all about supporting local businesses, but how you treat people goes a long way. I will not be returning.

Nice little consignment store centrally located. They have a good selection of clothing, furniture and other trinkets. I overheard they get in new loads all the time so definitely worth checking out!

Thank you (store owner) so much for texting my mom for me when my phone shut off. I couldn’t get it to connect to WiFi prior for the app or website to work and it wouldn’t let me call and pay. I appreciate you so much! I love your store and I am there weekly!

Found some great Christmas decorations.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem 💎 a few days ago and was greeted by the lovely manager. She was kind and very informative. Even let me get a little shopping in before she closed up! I was destined to come back and I did the very next day. I found a warmer that will match the decor perfectly my guest house. She even remembered my name which was huge to me. Will definitely be checking in to see what else I can find as it’s so close to my office. Great customer service.
