Seasons Of Tokyo Azalea Square

What happened to Seasons of Japan??? This place charges more money for less food. The bowls are smaller & you still get less food. The bowls pictured below are untouched. The rice bowl was FULL of rice. The other bowl had only vegetables, which they charged extra for. Plus, they charge for ginger sauce. SOJ had it out with the teriyaki & white sauce & it was warm. SOJ's customer service was very good. They would even hold a conversation with customers. I sure miss them.

Food was absolutely uncooked, customer service was horrible. Steak was pink in the inside, shrimp was not cooked correctly. They mentioned they cannot cook steak well done, in which they absolutely can. I DON’T RECOMMEND!!!

Horrible place to eat. Won’t be back. For it to be hibaachi nothin was cooked right. The rice taste like white rice with soy sauce and the veggies tasted boiled chicken tasted boiled bad the steak probe was the only thing that was okay. Stop asking for all this money for this foood and half ass it..

Gross. Everything is either too bland or way too seasoned (salt). Steak was near inedible, chicken just had zero flavor, beef and broccoli tasted super funky and overwhelmingly salty, noodles are just plain unseasoned but cooked lo mein noodles, rice was flavorless but typical, the spring rolls were actually good! But they were like half the size of a normal spring roll from other places. Weird. I threw most of the food away. The place smells bad, had I not done a mobile order, I wouldn’t have entered the place. Staff were courteous in our small exchange. But definitely not worth going back.

Got the chicken teriyaki bowl. Normally I get this at the Trolley rd store and its 5 stars. However, other than being warm there was nothing good about this bowl. They must have waved teriyaki sauce in the air above the bowl because there was almost none on the chicken or rice. The condiment bar where you can get white sauce and more teriyaki was clean but the teriyaki sauce was lacking somthing that the Trolley Rd store adds, I think it's called Flavor Will not be returning to this store. I'll drive to Trolley Rd
