This store offers good deals on most items, though organization could be improved. It’s somewhat better than during my last visit, but still not fully organized. They have a wide range of products, including travel bags, men’s and women’s clothing, home decor, handbags, and footwear, with some impressive discounts, especially on shoes. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired; staff members are generally unfriendly and occasionally rude. While I’d return for the deals, I believe the store could enhance its organization and service for a better shopping experience.

I enjoy shopping here for the great deals, but when I get attitude from someone when they have to pull away from their phone to do their job I'm not sure it's really worth it. Whoever the young lady was working the self checkout at 7pm on Saturday, 1/10/26 did exactly that. If Ross doesn't trust customers with bags (understandable) and they need a bagger, the should really get someone over there that won't act like an entitled child.

Has good selection of goods and great prices👍but I give it only a 3 star cause this place was packed and only had 4 registers open. Stood in line for almost an hour.👎 Not sure I'll go back?!

I have been to this specific location a number of times and I generally do enjoy the selection of items as well as the prices, but it is one of the worst kept Ross locations I've been to. There are often items hanging off of hangers, on the floor, and items that are generally misplaced. If possible, I'd recommend shopping here in the mornings or during less busy times, while the store is better kept.

I’ve been to plenty Ross locations and this one in Summerville by far has the best customer service. I’m in. I do my shopping and I’m out. They have self check out. There is a guy named Zamrye who is very friendly and quick that does the final check at self checkout. No other ross is as efficient as Summerville and this guy is a element in making it happen . I would recommend this location over any in the tri-county area
