I love Dr. Wimer and his team! They are always so personable, honest, and caring. We had an insurance change that lead us away from his practice for about 5 years. I was recently seen again and he didn’t skip a beat remembering my husband and I. Great dental practice. Beautiful office. I would highly recommend.

He’s thorough, explains everything in plain English (no confusing jargon), and uses the latest tech like their 3D scanner for impressions, which made my recent crown fitting a breeze—no messy molds! My cleaning last week was gentle yet super effective, and he caught a small issue early that could have turned into a bigger problem. The whole team, from the hygienists to the front desk, is top-notch, highly trained, and always puts comfort first. Even during busy times, appointments run on schedule. I have been going to this office for almost 15 years and always loved the staff and atmosphere. Their technology is up to date, and I used to look forward to my regular cleanings. Unfortunately, things seemed to have changed this year. When I requested a mouthguard for sports, they coded it wrong and provided the incorrect estimate AND made the wrong type of mouthguard, so I had to make an additional appointment and take ANOTHER day of work off. Then, I was sent a $700 bill via text. This shocked me because I always stop at the front desk after every appointment to make payments. They never mentioned these charges to me in person. When I called them, they informed me that they do not take my insurance (basic dental with BCBS). I was confused to learn this just a week ago when I have been seeing this dentist using this insurance for 4 years now. Also, very disappointed when one of the staff members who took molds for the mouth guard used the "R" word in front of me. I will not be returning to this dentist. :(

I’ve been going to Dr. Wimer for over 10 years. He is a wonderful person. He’s very kind and patient. Dr. Wimer and his staff will do whatever they can to make your experience the best.
