Moe’s never disappoints! I ordered a Stack and it was absolutely loaded, perfectly grilled, packed with flavor, and put together just right. Every bite hit. My daughter got the junior burrito and it was the perfect size for her, still stuffed with all the good stuff and just as fresh as the full-size options. And the chips? On point. Fresh, crispy, and salty in all the right ways. Paired with the salsa bar, it made the whole meal even better. Great food, generous portions, and a spot we’ll definitely keep coming back to!

This store has sadly gone downhill. I’ve been going to this Moes since it opened. It used to be pretty great! But I’ve been disappointed in my recent experiences and today was probably the last time I’ll go there. I placed a mobile order and waited about 45 minutes before going to pick up my food and when I got there my food wasn’t ready. They had not even started it. It was just two meals. The store wasn’t busy enough to justify that kind of delay, and there was no acknowledgment, apology, or communication from staff while I waited. I’m not looking for above and beyond here just some basic customer service expectations….of which there were none. I paid about $35 for food thats pretty subpar, and customer service that’s worse than that. Paying that much for the food made the whole experience even more frustrating. I noticed a sign encouraging customers to leave five-star reviews in exchange for a discount, which felt a bit off when the service and order timing clearly needs major improvement.

Highly disappointed in this location. I’ve given them several tries and every time, the food is underwhelming. The most recent attempt, I got a steak bowl. Asked for fajita veggies and them didn’t even slice the veggies into strips before grilling them. The rice was hard and chunky as if it was old. I watched the guy making the bowls take the container that the white rice was in, take a hand full of cilantro and the gallon of lime juice and just pour. No measuring , no nothing. The person whom I’m assuming was the manager was just trying to do way too many tasks at once. She overstimulated me just watching her. She left the two bowls I ordered, unaddressed and also not covered while she walked about into the lobby area to give someone cups. Then when she returned, she began making online orders, totally forgetting that I was next in line, food still uncovered the entire time. When I got to the register, I tried using a reward for a cup of queso. The young lady at the register asked me to scan the code after she rang everything up. I did, but according to the manager, she was actually supposed to do it at the beginning of the order so the code didn’t take and when she asked me to scan it again, it was no longer valid. It was just a horrible visit.

it was an okay experience overall. I went in around midday and the line was moving, but it took a bit longer than expected to get through. When I got to the counter, the staff was polite, just seemed a little rushed. I ordered a burrito bowl and noticed a couple of the ingredients didn’t look as fresh as I’ve seen at other places, and the rice was a little dry. It wasn’t bad, just not as good as it could’ve been. The dining area had a few tables that needed wiping down, and it felt like they were trying to keep up with the lunch crowd. As someone who just wanted a quick, reliable meal, it was fine but not memorable.

Been coming to this location for years and it’s always good and the staff is always friendly! Donna and Dion in particular are standouts! I come weekly with my new comics and have lunch and read and they always chat with me about what I got and what I’m up to as I go down the line. I’ve lived in a few spots in SC and always love this location the most!
