Kohl’s is a reliable shopping destination with a great variety of products, from clothing to home goods, all at affordable prices. Their frequent sales, Kohl’s Cash rewards, and coupons make it even better for budget-conscious shoppers. The store layout is clean and organized, making it easy to find what you need. However, the shopping experience can vary depending on the location. Some stores have attentive and helpful staff, while others may lack customer service focus. Additionally, checkout lines can occasionally get long, especially during sales or holidays. Overall, Kohl’s is an excellent choice for value and variety, especially if you take advantage of their promotions and loyalty programs. They do Amazon return without any packaging as well.

This store always fails even more than I expect. Nothing is in the correct department. Things are always mislabeled. They don’t back up what they say they offer. And they give you coupons that don’t work. Absolute shame of a store and company. Plus the associates look at you like they were born yesterday when you ask them questions and they don’t even know their own policies. Don’t recommend this store.

Kohls is going down hill. They must think that they are a luxury brand. I took my FathernLaw there last week to buy him a dress shirt and some socks. The prices for men's shirts were ridiculously high. $49 for a dress shirt is outrageous, especially when the Super walmart center acrooss the street had brand name dress shirts for $19.98. I don't believe that I will be returning there again. Sure they offer discount programs occasionally, but you have to use your Kohls card or 10% off on select items and even Kohls cash that you have to return at a later date to use for a purchase you don't even need. They are no longer the place to shop!

One cashier 20 min wait for a return is ridiculous! Luckily if you were doing a purchase those customers were able to use self service or the wait would have been even longer. I’m amazed at the lack of awareness in these situations.

I live in the Mount Pleasant area and usually shop in the kohl’s store at Mount Pleasant. Today I was in Summerville and decided to stop by the Kohl’s there because I know that that store has a lot more items than the one in Mount Pleasant. When I walked in the door, I felt like I was headed into TJ Maxx. Well actually, TJ Maxx was better. They did have a lot of things, but everything is junked together and hard to see.. . There was one area I couldn’t even get to… The bathing suits, because there was a giant skull on one side and another Halloween decoration on the other.. The checkout system has changed, which I knew, and there was a long line at 12:30 PM. I had a few things in my buggy, but it wasn’t worth my time to stand in line. The aisles were wide… But I wasn’t shopping in the aisles. Chances are I won’t go there again and will just patronize my Mount Pleasant store where it is more comfortable shopping.
