FUJI Sushi Bar & Grill

My son and I had an amazing experience at Fuji Sushi Bar & Grill in Nexton Summerville! We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Crystal, who truly made the entire experience memorable. She was warm, welcoming, attentive, and had the sweetest Southern charm. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the November Roll and the soft shell crab, both were excellent! My son ordered two servings of the gyoza and the Double Tuna Roll, and let’s just say not a single crumb was left behind. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. We will definitely be back!

My family loves this restaurant! My quibble is things that are fried aren't drained properly and they need to change the oil more frequently. My kid loves the green tea ice cream in theory but the outside is always soggy and tasting like fried sushi lol Same thing with the tempura, the coating is always soggy. This is why I gave the food a 4 because there are things I'd like to order from the menu but don't. (Also, the edamame is never steamed properly so I stopped ordering it too😅) But we like everything else! And it's great you can do reservations to save a table.

From the moment we were greeted to our exit, it was delightful! Holly was our server and was exceptional, food was right on time, and absolutely delicious, the quantity was right on for the two of us for lunch. The manager stopped by to check on us which was a plus. As a business owner in Goose Creek, I know the importance of great quality and customer service. Thank you for a much needed relaxing high quality, enjoyable lunch at an amazing affordable price.. We will be back!

The food was really delicious, as was my drink. Everything came out timely and perfect. The only place I’ve been where the spicy tuna is actually spicy (in a good way). Madison served me at the bar and was awesome. Would definitely return!

My favorite sushi restaurant in Summerville. Conveniently located in Nexton. They have a great lunch special and the restaurant is beautiful. Especially love the Brian Roll and the TNT roll. They make a great steak Bento box as well.
