Cinemark Summerville

Small multiplex with several small theaters. Rocking chair seating. Reserved seating only. The seating is a bit worn, but very comfortable. Concessions include some hot food options in addition to the usual popcorn, coke & candy. Friendly service & clean restrooms.

Very comfortable seats that recline. They clean up after the movies are played. Junk food, if you're into that, are available. The men's restrooms are clean. I can't speak for the women's restrooms. Prices are good and you even get discounts if you maintain membership.

If you want nostalgia this is your place. This Cinemark is in an old strip mall that was built in the 90s. It’s so old I had to ask because it predates stadium seating. You do know that it is a Cinemark from the time you walk in, especially if you have been going to theatres as long as I have. But despite the old-time charm of days gone by it is not a great place to watch a new movie. Prices are on par with the cinemas age and I myself even enjoyed the throwback vibe; there is a reason cinemas have evolved. While I understand the limitations this cinema has to update to new technology and seating it downgrades your movie going experience of current movies. If you are close this is an easy choice, but I suggest finding a newer cinema to enjoy that new high-tech movie!!!

Lived here 4 years now and never thought about stopping at this location. Boy was I missing out! The concession stand is well stocked with every snack you need, including pickles lol that a win for me. The seats in the theater are nice and comfy and it's not too crowded. Will be visiting more often.

Comfy seats. Kid friendly. Standard movie theater food but at a better cost then most places.
