TITLE Boxing Club Summerville

I’ve been doing Title Boxing for about 8 years, with a pandemic break in between. At 52, I feel like I could write a book on diet and exercise, and hands down, boxing would be my top recommendation for sustainable exercise. Most of us fall off an exercise plan or routine because it feels like exercise — and most of us don’t enjoy that feeling. When you’re boxing, you become laser focused on technique, and with every punch you land, your motivation builds. It also does wonders for mental health, because boxing is such a powerful emotional release and stress outlet. It doesn’t feel like exercise at all, and before you know it, you’ve boxed 8 rounds and are dripping in sweat. I get asked about my gym routine a lot, and many are surprised when I say that Title Boxing is all that I do. With the strength components added in, it truly becomes a total-body workout every time you go.

Best decision I've ever made for myself physically and health wise. It has definitely been a game changer for me. Love all of my coaches here. Don't tell her, but Ashley is my favorite.. lol All of the coaches are great and fun to do these classes with. They make you you feel like family. They push and motivate you to do better. Chris the owner is very helpful and listens to your concerns with working out and is very helpful with things you can do outside of the gym in-between classes.. I highly recommend Tilt Boxing...

I am so happy at title! It is the best family and community I have found! I absolutely love and adore everyone I go to class with and every coach and all they have to offer. It has been the best experience for me and my mental health. I have found discipline, strength, friendships and community that grounds me and holds me accountable. I've never been happier to be apart of something that's bigger than myself. I can't wait to watch them grow and to see what they do in this upcoming year! Let's go title!!!🤪💕

TITLE Boxing Summerville 🥊 is located in Nexton Square in Summerville, SC. This has been my main exercise outlet since moving here in 2021. The instructors are all awesome and push you to work hard. Very community vibe with social events and special classes to keep things interesting. Definitely cathartic after stressful days! Sign up for a trial and see how much fun it is!

I have been boxing here since April and I can’t stop coming! It’s a great way to burn steam and calories! Special shout out to my favorite coach Ashley! Whew! so many good things to say about this place. If you’re thinking about it, yes you should.
