The Winchester Spa and Salon

Karoline is such a nice woman, and the shade of blonde l wanted for at the bottom is pretty spot on, however, I showed her 2-3 pictures beforehand of what I had envisioned (was booked for a balayage that came with an optional haircut) and it really didn't turn out how I wanted. It's blocky and choppy instead of blended. I made a point to tell her I wanted low maintenance, I did NOT want to have to get my roots touched up every 6-8 weeks. She took some blonde streaks to the roots anyway, so afterwards someone else had to go in and essentially paint them away from the roots. I told her I didn't like it while was there. She recommended I sleep on it for a few days, so ok fine, but the more I look at it, the more I borderline hate it unfortunately. It was also recommended when l was there that I come back in 6 weeks and spend even more money to fix it. The haircut is also like lopsided (she cut ~6 inches off). I also reached out on Monday or Tuesday to ask which shampoo/conditioner I should get for times I don't use purple shampoo and it's late Thursday evening with no response yet. I unfortunately do not recommend this place. Attached you'll see examples I showed vs what it ended up on.

I saw Ashley the aesthetician! She was very sweet and gentle and explained everything to me! I received the Yoni Steam service . It was very clean and professional in the salon. I will be back to get the service again thank you so much!

The atmosphere, quality and entire expierence was amazing. Lexi was so sweet and welcoming (first time brow tinter here). Tori was kind, eager and the best level of talkative for an excited but wore out Momma like me. My hair and eyebrows turned out fantastic and I feel like a breath of fresh air. Thank you SO MUCH ladies!!! Already looking forward to another appointment 😁

Casey is amazing!!! I got BIAB builder gel with a design and they look absolutely flawless. She really takes the time and effort to make sure your nails look perfect. Not only is she a talented artist, she also really understands how to make the nails look balanced, natural, and flattering. I really appreciated that she took the time to care for my cuticles (nobody does that anymore!!!) because they are a big insecurity of mine, and clean cuticles make your manicure last longer and look prettier. In addition to being an amazing nail artist, she’s also very sweet and easy to talk to! I really enjoyed my time with Casey and can’t recommend her enough!

I really appreciated that Liz listen to my concerns and issues with managing my style. She gave great feedback and totally understood exactly what I was trying to do. The outcome was excellent The next day styling became much easier and more satisfying. Looking forward to our upcoming appointment for color toning.
