From stepping into the office, to touring the complex and apartments, Michael was welcoming and knowledgeable. His great personality and passion for the complex shines through as you learn about the property and all of its great offerings. It was an absolute pleasure to meet & tour with him today. The entire staff is welcoming at The Murray and made me feel like family. From the office to maintenance by far the best living experience I’ve ever had. All issues were addressed and reconciled reasonably. Their communication with events, inspections and services, along with weather advisory reports was impressive. Great location, great staff, great neighbors couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I’m very pleased to live at the Murray. It has a great location and a strong sense of community. The staff is always quick to respond, especially Mike from the leasing office. His work is absolutely outstanding and one of the main reasons I live there today. He went above and beyond to make it happen. I can’t thank him enough.

while extremely consistent, i think the parking policy is insane. immediate tow for any violation is just too much, along with paying $315. it is dog friendly which leads to sticky floors in the elevator all the time. it is a nice community, but for me to pay $1700 after fees, i expect a lot more. amenities are great, staff is kind, and maintenance solves my issues quickly, but i cannot get over cleanliness, and FEES FOR EVERYTHING!!!!! it’s like if HOA was an apartment complex. overall, beautiful on the outside, but not worth the price tag at all

The best property managers I’ve ever worked with this community is the best they keep it beautiful. It’s like living in a Hilton. Kyle and Michael are great people to deal with. Never any issues. Great people. 10 stars if I could.
