Sweetfrog Premium Frozen yogurt

The Sweet Frog Staff was very friendly and professional, and the shop was very clean. My daughter and I love stopping for Froyo, and Sweet Frog is our favorite spot in Summerville SC. I enjoyed a swirl of Pineapple Whip, and Coconut Flavored froyo, topped with shredded coconut, graham cracker and marshmallows- it was wonderful for a summer day!

Good spot for some quick Fro-Yo. The place is clean, neat, and easy to navigate. They have classic flavors and unique ones that change as the seasons do. The toppings are always being restocked, and the staff are always either cleaning or making sure that the machines are in good order. I would recommend this place for anyone really; great place for kids, a date, or a friend group. Quality place for dessert.

Jacob did a marvelous job. He was the only one in the store. It was 8 o’clock. He took care of me and my friend with magnificent power. He answered all of our questions accordingly and with ease. This is our new favorite spot. Thank you, Jacob. We will see you once a week.

Luckily the ice cream is delicious, but I feel like I need a tetanus shot after eating here. Putting on a brave face for the kids, but the bathroom is disgusting, no toilet paper and grimy soap dispenser that barely works. Floors are covered in crumbs, woman behind counter doesn’t speak. There’s flies everywhere, I had to wipe down the scale before putting our cups on it while the woman watched, just to avoid getting ice cream all over the bottoms. Once we found a somewhat clean place to sit (challenging) I went to wipe away the drips of ice cream on the table and booth, only to find they are dried on there and won’t come off. I am scared to think about what things are like in the employee only part if this is what the customer facing side looks like 🤢
