Ross Dress for Less

Great deals but this place needs better management!! The store is a mess... it's a hot mess. I was there 30 minutes after open. Clothes,rugs,purses,shoes thrown all over floors in aisles. Its sad to see the resident shoppers are such entitled slobs that they cant even put items back where they pull them from. I was near a woman that tried on 5 pr sandals and left every single pr on the floor. The aisles are difficult to navigate due to stuff just dropped. I did find some cute stuff at good prices though.

This store offers good deals on most items, though organization could be improved. It’s somewhat better than during my last visit, but still not fully organized. They have a wide range of products, including travel bags, men’s and women’s clothing, home decor, handbags, and footwear, with some impressive discounts, especially on shoes. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired; staff members are generally unfriendly and occasionally rude. While I’d return for the deals, I believe the store could enhance its organization and service for a better shopping experience.

I have been to this specific location a number of times and I generally do enjoy the selection of items as well as the prices, but it is one of the worst kept Ross locations I've been to. There are often items hanging off of hangers, on the floor, and items that are generally misplaced. If possible, I'd recommend shopping here in the mornings or during less busy times, while the store is better kept.

I’ve been to plenty Ross locations and this one in Summerville by far has the best customer service. I’m in. I do my shopping and I’m out. They have self check out. There is a guy named Zamrye who is very friendly and quick that does the final check at self checkout. No other ross is as efficient as Summerville and this guy is a element in making it happen . I would recommend this location over any in the tri-county area

Makes no sense why you go through the self checkout to be efficient only to have to wait in line for the loss prevention person to scan your receipt, check all items & bag all items. Absolutely pointless and time consuming.
